I recommend Grossinger for a new car purchase. Saleman was patient and curteous during my lengthy selection process. The test drives were thorough and not pushing to make a quick decision.

Hyundai
Car itself is satisfactory but dealership is not so special. They are supposed to me more gentle and more proactive. I was waiting for its call regarding my undelivered two options' installation because he told me to do so. (I paid in full for the car but I 'm still waiting for my remaining options) But he did not. I think the dealer think that he sold the car already so he is not interested in me. It's not good.

Car buying was a lot easier and nicer than previous experience. All were friendly and informative. Service department seems friendly and accommodating. This part should not have a minimum word demand

Very quick and efficient service from the salesman and sales mgr. My 2006 Hyundai broke down near dealership and I was able to purchase a new Sonata within 24 hrs

Don't trade in or negotiate
Most unreasonable trade-in/car purchase experience. I was offered 30% lower on my trade-in than from Carmax, which we all know is pretty much the lowest any dealer would offer. They do not use any reason in attempting to negotiate, offering a price that would buy the two-generations-older version of my car with twice the mileage. Their follow up phone call the next day was nothing but rude. Salesman Nick continued to belittle myself, my decision, and my very nice trade-in. Following up with management and Hyundai corporate. Wish I had recording of the conversations. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Buying a Tucson
This is the second vehicle purchased from Grossinger Hyundai and salesman Ron Misher. Excellent experience and a greta dealer. Terrific vehicles....very satisfied and I am a former GM owner.

The staff was very nice and helpful, walked me through everything when it came to the car . Offered a test drive , contacted me after the purchase, and congratulated on my purchase via email.

Great customer service
Ron did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I do feel I should have gotten more for my trade-in, but I feel the price for the new car was fair. I understand the dealer is in business to make a profit. I think the price of the extended warrantee was very high. If it was more reasonable I would have bought it. Bottom line this was a good transaction, so far the new car is doing great. I would highly recommend my sales rep, Ron and the dealership.
