I thought buying a car was supposed to be stressful! My recent purchase of a 2016 Tucson from Dan Rose at Grossing was actually quite painless. I never felt any sort of upset or add on pressure. I drove away with the car I wanted at a price I thought was quite fair. Even the paperwork ritual was quick and painless thanks to Chaz.

Honest and straightforward. Dan in sales really cared. As example the car had around 30 miles on it and he wanted the porter to fill the gas tank so that we didn't have it drop from full when driving it home. Small think but it demonstrates that he cares about the customer experience. He also offered to do a second walk through of the car for my daughter as it is a gift for her 18th birthday.

I leased a new Hyundai on March 30th. My temporary tag expired April 29th. I live in Florida and have yet to receive my Florida plates. I have repeatedly requested a new temporary tag to no avail. I contacted the Florida DMV yesterday and was told they have never received the sales tax , registration or paperwork. The finance guy I dealt with when I bought the car is gone. No one at Grossinger seems to care. Gary Grossinger won't even return my calls. Meanwhile I have a car I can't drive and no way to resolve it. Avoid this dealer!

we had a very good experience buying our new tuscon from Grossinger Hyundai. Everyone we encountered was professional and helpful. It was refreshing to deal with a salesperson that wax helpful without being pushy.

Dealership is good. Nice people to deal with. Location is convenient also. They had the easiest to navigate website out of all other dealers in the area. The car I found online was in stock too, contrary to what it sounds like a lot of other dealerships do.

Got a 2016 Sonata. Perfect color combo that I wanted. Excellent vehicle features. Professional and friendly sales and service staff. Couldn't ask for anything more from a car dealership!
