This is the only 1 star review I've ever wrote in my entire life. Absolute most sleezy, bottom of the barrel, unprofessional, time wasting, lying people you'll ever meet, and that I've ever done business with. I stand by that statement. I bought a Lexus from them and drove it back to Ohio where I live. 1. I asked them multiple times over the phone if there was any issues with the car and they didn't disclose body damage, including rust, sideswipe damage, and dents. Fine, no big deal. After driving 7.5 hours, I'm not gonna throw a fit. They still wouldn't let me take money off. No problem. ^^ That's nothing. It gets better 2. The oil needed changed in the car and I told them, "If you're gonna sell this to me with damage and an oil change due, I need the tank full before I drive to Ohio." They lied and said it was full. I get in, it's at a quarter of a tank. I go in and demand they fill it. They throw me a 20 and it gets me a little over half. Fine. It gets better 3. They promised me Ohio plates before the tags expired. The tags expire so I call them and they send me an extension. Awesome, they at least temporarily fixed the issue. The new temporary extention expired Feb 27th. Before they expired, I was told WORD FOR WORD, "The permanent plates will 100,000% be to you before they expire." It's now March 7th and they're still not here. It gets better. On February 22nd, I was told that it would be to me in 5 days. Still not here. On Monday of this week, I was told I'd have a tracking on it by the end of the week. It's Thursday and I still don't. I call at least twice a week. Every single time they give me the runaround. And everytime they say they'll call me back by a certain day or time, they never do. The only time they did was on Tuesday when I called them out for it and they called me back. I feel like they're straight up lying to me about the plates and I wish they would just tell me that so I'm not a sitting duck. I finally gave up and going to the BMV tomorrow, only after getting pulled over tonight. They're a pathetic sleezy business. Don't get me wrong. I love my car, but working with them is like pulling teeth. I don't care if they have my dream car speced exactly how I want it. I'm never going there and I'll do everything in my power to make sure no one I know does too. They're lucky I live in Ohio because I'd do everything in my power to make sure locals know how pathetic they are. I have a business of my own and I'm never this petty to write a bad review. I also never get snarky over the phone with people until them. Buying a car from them will just make you miserable.

Horrible customer service the salesman didn't kno anything going on with the car they were trying to sell . He had to ask the service manager what was going on with the car . The 370z they have they didn't even test drive the car or try and fix the problems it has . The driver side door doesn't open has to be open on the other side...has airbag code on and couple others but lied about the engine code said it was the o2 sensor and here it was a crank sensor code ....said they fix it and never gave me a call back they are trying to mess people over with their cars don't trust them .

scam scam This dealership is run by a bad business
This dealership is run by a bad businessman who's only interest is to make quick bucks, without consideration for customer satisfaction or fulfill promises made. Everyone else seems to have similar problems as we did, delay process and lots of lies, large fees, and then hiding behind the employees to take calls without any explanations to the customers, and then blaming everything on the RMV/DMV, but never inform the customers up front, very shady business practice, unethical and may be unlawful. Should be reviewed by the state of New Jersey

Don't need the Hassle
Just reading first 10/15 reviews turned me off to this place! Was all set to look into truck that seemed like great deal, but if it seems to good to be true it usually is. Shame dealers out there like this,wonder how they sleep at night??

Never deal with them ever!
Terrible customer service!!! Called multiple times, was told i would receive a call back, but never did. The car i asked about magically no longer there but as was just put up. Then the ad came back up month later. Receptionist last time i called was rude. Def scam. Will never deal with them ever! Rather go to another rep dealer an pay 10k more for the car then deal with them!

Predatory Dealership
Asked about dealer fees multiple times and I couldn't get a straight answer. I called the rep and he told me he didn't know he had to ask the manager, needless to say he never called me back so I called again. He proceeds to tell me it's $2800, I asked him what does that include. His answer was its there fee to start plus DMV and possible doc fees. He couldn't give me a breakdown. They are obvious predatory sales people. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
