This dealership is run by a bad businessman who's only interest is to make quick bucks, without consideration for customer satisfaction or fulfill promises made. Everyone else seems to have similar problems as we did, delay process and lots of lies, large fees, and then hiding behind the employees to take calls without any explanations to the customers, and then blaming everything on the RMV/DMV, but never inform the customers up front, very shady business practice, unethical and may be unlawful. Should be reviewed by the state of New Jersey

Just reading first 10/15 reviews turned me off to this place! Was all set to look into truck that seemed like great deal, but if it seems to good to be true it usually is. Shame dealers out there like this,wonder how they sleep at night??

Terrible customer service!!! Called multiple times, was told i would receive a call back, but never did. The car i asked about magically no longer there but as was just put up. Then the ad came back up month later. Receptionist last time i called was rude. Def scam. Will never deal with them ever! Rather go to another rep dealer an pay 10k more for the car then deal with them!

Asked about dealer fees multiple times and I couldn't get a straight answer. I called the rep and he told me he didn't know he had to ask the manager, needless to say he never called me back so I called again. He proceeds to tell me it's $2800, I asked him what does that include. His answer was its there fee to start plus DMV and possible doc fees. He couldn't give me a breakdown. They are obvious predatory sales people. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

These guys are pieces of work, went in there a few years back and made a deal to lease with option to purchase an S550 to which I provided them all my credit info. Following up the next day on the phone, they said my credit score was great and they’ll let me know when to come in to make the deal. After not hearing back from them in addition to several phone calls going unanswered, I decide to drive over to them to find out what was happening. When I arrived, they had told me the car was gone, no real reason other than the car was gone (???) I noticed another S550 although a different color, to which I said how about we make a deal on this one ?? They said ok, wait for the finance manager and he’ll speak with you. As I waited outside of his office, the guy walking out said to me “good luck”, that should’ve been the sign that these guys weren’t great to deal with. As I sat down to speak with the finance manager, he told me the cost of the car would go up because I wasn’t a home owner and had no equity to borrow money against the car (???) I had great credit and have been leasing/purchasing cars for about 20 years prior to this and I’d never heard of such a ridiculous comment. I told him why do I need equity, if I don’t make my payments, you’ll just take the car back ?? His reasoning’s were so ridiculous it’s not worth wasting another few paragraphs on it. Should’ve known from the time the original car was gone that these guys were shady. I’d rather spend a few more bucks and go to a legitimate dealer & get a certified pre owned vehicle.

Fake $$$PRICES$$$ they try and add $3K dealer fee plus tags and tags to there price trying to make $10K a deal let's be serious don't want to give anything for your trade trying to make $10k on the to

3000$ deal fees .... be aware.... don't waste your time . Over the phone sounded all legit... came from different state car had a melted buttons all over and that fee without any brake on the car ....

Total fraud, once I told the sales man that I am out of state, they jacked up another $3k on the price. Just by talking to them, they seemed sleazy. I would not buy s car from them, shady !!!!

This is a horrible company they gaslight you to get sales and cannot provide paperwork to adequately register vehicles in a timely manner . They left me with a tag that was expired 2 weeks over expiration date I received a ticket and had Tom beg for my car not to be towed
