The staff and service was excellent, I will be bringing my vehicle back to this location from now on. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who would love to have the best service in Wisconsin for their BMW.

I had been looking for a car for a month. We came in looking for a car we had seen on line and were promptly helped by Len. He informed us the car had just sold but he quickly told us of another one he thought we’d like base on what we had just told him. Len made us feel like family right from the start, he was very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot and directed us to the perfect car for us. We will definitely buy our next car(s) from him and would recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Len, you are great!!

Bought a 2017 xt5 10500 miles. Salesman great. Had two dents in the suv tailgate They wouldn't do nothing about it They said they had to much money in the car. Not a cheap car. $34 360. They lease could have discounted dents.

Very disappointed in the service. It took two hours for an oil change. They did not put air in the tires and the light was on. there was no curtesy car wash

We have now found our dealership! Everyone there was amazing, from the moment we walked in the door we were treated very professionally. They helped us find a great car and took care of us throughout the process. It was definitely worth the 3 hour drive for us, we will be back for all of our cars going forward.
