I am writing to retract a previous review.

I am writing to retract a previous review. My previous review related to a 2016 Chevrolet traverse, a fairly high rated vehicle. My niece and nephew purchased it in May in the check engine light would come on intermittently. Auto Outlets worked hard to find the problem. It was so inconsistent and hard to detect. Seven months later they went to trade it in, and the value of the vehicle had dropped in value. A lot. we were angry, and I wrote a scathing review. After my review, I received a phone call from the dealership saying they would increase the trade-in value of the vehicle. I respected them for that, that was a stand-up position. So, I do apologize for the scathing review, and I appreciate the effort of Auto Outlets, in doing the best they could.

Lauren is fantastic sales women. Highly recommend

I had Lauren as my sales person. She work very hard at getting me into the truck I was looking for and did not quit until she found one just right for me . She is a amazing sales person. This was the easiest truck purchase I ever made . Lauren made the experience relaxed and comfortable and had everything lined up before I drove 1 1/2 hours there to look at my truck. I highly recommend Lauren as ur sales person.

Do not waste your time

Sold me a complete piece of junk! Lies from the salesmen all the way to the on site “mechanics”. Muffler completely fell off my car , battery was not new or even close to being new as I had to get a brand new battery within 2 months of having the car. Very bad experience all around.

HORRIBLE-DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

From start to finish we have been nothing but screwed over by this dealership. first they lowered the price after we already signed papers and then wanted us redo all paperwork to get the new price, had the vehicle 8 days with all kinds of problems took it back they had it 2 weeks we got it back they said it was fixed..... it still was NOT...... had it another week and had to take it back again....... still not fixed properly. Then they sold us an extended warranty said it was bumper to bumper coverage lmao yeah right had all kinds of issues and NOTHING has beeen covered. The service deptartment(kelly especially) is absolutely HORRIBLE, they say they fix things when they dont after it takes 20+ times of calling and no return phone call till you threaten them with law suit/lawyer. Their technician feels thats it is ok to take your vehicle on the Thruway so you get the bill. Do NOT waste your time here its NOT worth the headache. We have only had the vehicle 5 months now from them and we are getting on the upside of it so we can get rid of it asap.

We would recommend

From start to finish our sales rep was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking for and what the price we needed to be at. Between our sales rep and the sales manager they went above and beyond to get us the best deal they could. I would recommend to family and friends. Our experience overall was very satisfying the atmosphere was very comfortable. There was no pressure.

Used Car

The customer service was poor. It took an hour and 45 minutes to finish the sale and we had our own financing. We had a scheduled appointment. The paperwork did not get started until we got there and with several errors. We only went there because the car we wanted was being sold there.

Terrible.

I’d rather pay $50 for an uber everyday than deal with the blatant lies and terrible salesmen. Unfortunately I was assisted by David, at first everything went smooth, but when I signed paperwork I was not prioritized at all, despite what David had told me. Honesty honesty honesty, but then again YOU would LOVEEEEE to be lied to. Do better

Run, poor service from rude sales rep scam vehicle

Called on a vehicle found after 3 days of searching for a needed used vehicle and found one, was contacted by a sales rep Lauren, and after 2 days of scheduling a date to come in and sign papers and put down payment on it, they did not call be back all today Monday, emailed the credit paperwork after I had to call to request it, Lauren was too busy to send it, I filled in, had to call her later in afternoon, and she rudely informs me that someone came in that morning and it was sold? She is going to sell to the first person to put a down payment on it. What a coincidence, called her manager Derrick to complain and he made every excuse. Good customer service would be to call me in AM to explain it was sold, and not leave me hanging, they lied and changed the story several times. SCAM vehicles either not available or they call a friend to sell, your shopping for them...I see other unhappy campers on here also! Beware! I'm sort of glad as it appears they sell lemons also.
