These people are crooked. My 17 yr old daughter purchased her first car from these xxxxxxxx. She spent over $9000 and after everything is said and done they tell us there is no title. They never mentioned it until everything was completed. We test drove it, nothing. Don’t you think that would be important? Now they say the lady who last had the car lost the title. Now my daughter is driving around with a dealer plate. It’s ridiculous. I guess it’s bad on my part for trusting these people. The people who are reading this, you do what you want. But if I could go back , I sure in the xxxx the would not buy from these xxxxxx. They will kiss your xxx just to get you to sign on the line. They won’t give my daughter her money back so we’re pretty much screwed. I’m telling you, go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

Rick was a great salesman, we had already talked so he knew what I was trying to trade in and what vehicle I was looking at. He made my time quick and fun. He made sure everything went through smoothly and comfortably. Made sure the vehicle was clean and ready to go when it was all mine!!

Sold me a car with bad front brakes, bad back brakes, front right caliber was sitting low, a bad alignment and who knows what else. I’ve only had this car for a month and have brought it to service 3 times. The general manager joe lied to my face telling me my back brakes were at 10 percent and he seen them with his own eyes. When I brought it to Monroe muffler a few days later, they informed me the brakes were at 10 percent, showed me them and gave me a print out. After informing the manager who lied to me about my trip to Monroe, he ignored my calls and emails. Not only that, but then after emailing the president of the company, I still got absolutely no where and ignored. I guess this is how they conduct business. Moral of the story, don’t go there! General manager joe is the worst along with the whole service team. Straight garbage! They take advantage every chance they get.

This was my first time buying a car, and they made it very enjoyable for me. I bought a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, and it is absolutely gorgeous and wonderful to drive! I am glad I waited for this car. The whole experience was very rewarding!

Didn't have an appointment. Met with Nick Foster and told him my specifications for purchasing an affordable, dependable used car. Test drove and liked a Nissan Sentra and he worked well to make this become my new car. I will be recommending him to family and friends in the car market

I recently purchased a jeep from auto outlet in Farmington I made one phone call Lauren answered the phone she was very helpful and friendly within the hour I decided to drive to the dealership to look at sum of the cars she said they had there when I arrived Lauren was busy with another customers she introduced me to Nick he was very helpful in finding me a few cars That would fit my needs after test driving one which was the jeep Nick and I went to Derik the numbers guy he crunched the numbers around to see if the payments where about what i was trying to be at with In a few days I decided to purchase the jeep Lauren helped me finish up the paperwork and had the car cleaned and perfectly detailed for when I picked it up I would like to give a big thanks to Lauren Nick and Derik for helping me with the purchase of my Jeep Because of that team of people This was the most fun and easiest car buying experience I have ever had and now I have a really nice car that fit my needs with payments that I was looking for

My husband Paul and I recently purchased a Toyota 4 runner. Lauren was absolutely amazing to work with. Her communication skills are exceptional and she is extremely friendly.
