Bringing my car to Moses Lexus is not a trouble for me. They have a comfortable lounge with snacks and drinks while you wait. Service is always good. Their employees are very courteous. Almost didn’t recognize my car after getting a car wash from them. Good as new!

Don kept me informed of the service on my vehicle the entire time. He was super helpful in returning the loaner as well. My schedule changed and I had to keep the car a little longer so he allowed me to drop off the car at Toyota for the transition. Thanks Don!

I was in town for a funeral and discovered I had tire light on. Since I was going to be traveling the next morning and had the funeral to attend, Jennifer and the Service Manager took things to the next level, provided me a vehicle to drive to the funeral and simply said to text her once done for the status. She was swamped and never let her emotions get to her. Thank you for an amazing experience!
