Speaking over the phone is always a challenge when trying to purchase a highly sought after automobile like the LX600, many dealerships don’t treat the customer very well because they don’t think you are worth their time if you are not there at the store. When living out of State, one must be able to work with a dealer who understands that not all good customers can drop everything just to come in for a visit, Moses Lexus does! Over a 3 day period I was able to work with my top notch Salesman Kerry Fugate to put a deal together that was beneficial for him and I. Every call or text or email was handled professionally and promptly. If he said he would be calling me back he did. The follow through was excellent unlike 95% of other sales staff in the automotive industry. Kerry answered all of my questions truthfully and because of that it gave me a feeling that I could trust the Man. I am old school and I live by my word, I don’t play games with people and neither does Kerry. He was straight up about all of the conditions that must be met for us to be able to do business, he followed up, and made certain that I had all the information that I needed to make a decision. This was by far my most pleasant auto buying experience that I have encountered over a span of 40 years of buying cars…I plan to refer to Kerry anyone that I know who is looking to buy a Lexus, he is the real deal 😎

I drive from Huntington to receive the excellent services from Moses Lexus although closer Toyota dealers could do them. Moses Lexus service personnel & excellent technicians exceeded my expectations yesterday. Don kept me informed of car status by text & in person. He explained additional costs & obtained my approval before the work was performed. The lounge in the Toyota showroom was super nice. I’m excited to see how the Lexus dealership remodel turns out. So nice to be able to share with the sister dealership during construction. The Lexus dealership is still running smoothly & safely during this time. The cars are just beautiful & with almost 70,000 miles on my 2017 LX, mine still is too. I’ve had no more than regular service required so far. I was hit by another vehicle twice. I barely felt the impacts. The safety features of my LX is why I chose it in the first place. I’ve driven it to Alaska twice & it feels like I’m riding in my recliner at home, such a comfortable ride. The reasonable waiting time was comfortable, peaceful, & the coffee was delicious. I highly recommend Moses Lexus for your Lexus service needs.

Very pleased that the Moses group has taken over this franchise. I have purchased nearly 12 Lexus in my lifetime and found an out of state dealership to be more accommodating. That is until I was recently acquainted with Becki and Kerry! Both are exceptional additions to this team! From the first message to the delivery date I was kept up to date and well informed - even when Kerry was out for a family issue! I’ll definitely be back for years to come and have already sent in multiple referrals from around the area. Customer service is my number one thing and they definitely excel in that field here. Not one time did I ever feel rushed or forced into something that wouldn’t benefit from me.
