Fast, courteous and professional. Moses service department kept us posted about progress of service work via text. This allowed us to go about our day while car was being serviced.

I had a windshield wiper stop working on my Lexus RX350. I called and spoke with Don Smith, one of the service representatives. He got ke an appointment early the next morning. Since we are a one car family, I had to wait for the service. About a half hour later, it was done and the bill was $30.40! Who gets service at a Lexus dealer for $30? Pleasanyly surprised.
