My sales girl was Megan, what a great experience. She was not pushy, she gave me her time, she was so kind and down to earth- I appreciated the caliber in which she treated me. I bought a car today and will come back to the lot in the future because of her.

Took my Lexus in for service on a recall. Was very impressed by the check in process and the expediency of the technician in getting the service completed. Also got a much needed wash before heading out on my way.

I generally have good service from this dealership. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience this time. I took the vehicle in because the plastic shroud under the engine had been damaged and I had secured it with zip ties. I also wanted the oil changed while the car was there. I made an appointment for these 2 items. When I dropped off the car on Monday, they mentioned that it was also due for a 50,000 mile checkup which I approved proceeding with. I received a call on Tuesday that the car was ready. They went on to mention that I should have the shroud looked at because it was damaged. Really?? That was my original reason for taking it in. I went on to asked them to fix it as I had originally requested. Moses had to order the part so they notified me it would take 2-3 days. This morning (Friday) they called that it was ready. I went to pick it up and stopped for groceries on my way home. My trunk will not open, although I had it open right before I took it to them. And there is a wrench on the display. When I called to talk to them they said they would return my call. I waited what I thought was sufficient time and called back and ask for a manager this time. Apparently there are no managers available at 3:00 on Friday afternoon. I am beyond upset about this. I am not getting any concern from them about this situation. I am now being told that with an “old” Lexus like mine (2016 with 62,000 miles) anything can go wrong at any time!! After I get this rectified, I will be finding another center for our multiple Lexus and Toyota vehicles.

This was my first purchase from Moses and they were great to deal with when I purchased my car. I also love their service department. They provide a very nice, clean, and upscale waiting area and the staff is fantastic!

Excellent service department.
Excellent service department. Greeted on arrival and kept completely informed during the entire service process. They even texted a video review of the inspection of my car so I felt like I was right there with the technician explaining everything as he went. Pricing is very reasonable and getting an appointment was quick and easy.
