Travis was very attentive to my vehicle issues. He was patient with what I was conveying. Very personable with a sense of humor He did outstanding for customer service and satisfaction.

Service department is great. They get you in and out. The new waiting area is a great place to relax or get some work done while waiting.

My salesman, Brandon Harless, has been so helpful and patient. I've had so many questions, and he's answered all of them. He obviously knows a lot about cars. I highly recommend him. Dealership has been very cooperative.

I will not be a return customer.

I will not be a return customer. Made appointment for my 30,000 mile service on my Lexus. At check out was told the price would be over $400.00. I replied that on your website the price said $288. I also informed them that when I booked my service appointment I asked that person the price. She also said $288. On top of that he wanted to charge me three percent for using a credit card. I will drive over 100 miles to Lexington for service rather than 15 miles to St. Albans.
