Moses Lexus has been the absolute easiest car dealership
Moses Lexus has been the absolute easiest car dealership to work with than any I have ever experienced in the past. From the buying experience to general maintenance, they make everything simple and accommodating to the customer. I live 2hrs away from Moses Lexus, but they are so accommodating, it feels like they are just down the street. Will definitely be buying from there again.

In for routine maintenance, friendly staff. All went as expected, it took longer than I expected as on this snowy day I was the first customer, and the only one until someone else came in 30 minutes later. Comfortable waiting area, just wish they would change the endless loop of an old Howie Mandell game show! It been on every time I'm there.

Asking me to make a review was probably not a good idea.
Asking me to make a review was probably not a good idea. We’re from out of town and unfortunately this is the closest Lexus dealership to me now. Having a brand new GX550 and picking it up from its FIRST OIL CHANGE with a huge dent in the hood that I did not put there was the nail in the coffin for me. Both times I’ve had to go Moses Lexus was terrible. Their customer service is awful, service department obviously does not care, hence my review. I will drive 1,000 miles back home before I give them an OUNCE of my time again!
