Buy From Cardinaleway

I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Cardinaleway Mazda and have had great experiences both times! I use their service department for all my car needs as well! Nick in service is awesome as well. Highly recommend Cardinaleway!!

Kevin was a great guy and so I hope this review does not shed a bad light on him. He's just the middle man and in a lot of ways I feel bad for people in his position. With that being said, I feel it necessary to write this and inform other people what to expect when stepping through their doors. In a nutshell, the price you see advertised is not the price they are asking. So before you waste your time, money and energy driving down there, be ready for that. Doc fees are one thing we're all aware of them slipping in to the final price and now those are upwards of $1k. However, the new thing is "recon" fees. Not every dealer does this but we came across two last week that do. Mazda being one of them. they wanted a whopping $2k in recon fees on top of their doc fees etc. And don't forget, now you're paying extra sales tax on all of that. It's a slimy way of doing business imo and quite frankly, I'm not really sure how it's legal or how the BBB allows it. It's a way of false advertising so that their vehicle values appear to be at or below book on most sales sites when in reality they're way above. Of course they offer you thousands under book value on your trade though. Advertised price should be the final price. If the vehicle needed work and parts, include that in your selling price and advertise it as such. No games. Time is valuable and our experience was just a big waste of it.

Keith, all fees are flat fees so depending on the car and the price of that car you were looking at, they can seem higher than they are. For example, a pre-owned car that might be $15,000 on our lot has the same fees as a $40,000 car. So, we hope you understand those fees are a process of us doing business on the backend to make sure all your documents are handled with care by our team. We understand you may have gone somewhere else to get a car and that's ok. We wish you the best of luck and a great New Year.

Great Customer Service

Had a problem starting my car for 2 days and most of my dash icons were coming on. I called the dealership and talked to Nick who gave me an emergency service appointment. My car is now being serviced, within 1 1/2 hours of calling. Very caring and service oriented.

Great customer service!

I bought my car here in 2015 and always have a great experience when I bring it back for service. Matt in service is top notch when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend this dealership.

Amazing Customer service

Jovanny and Francesco gace ne a smooth ride with financing options and Deckard was very knowledgeable .. we got welcomed with Starbucks drinks of our choice and drove the car to try it out. All great experience . Nick from Service has always been so attentive.

great service

i buy this car a month ago and get my car serviced here and i’ve had no issues! matt is my service writer and takes good care of me. everyone who works here takes great care of me when i arrive.

Great,fast,honest service!

Went in to get my car new keys they where fast and super nice love it here they have great TV shows playing and snacks for everyone waiting love them!
