Went to buy my lease out, you would think it would be an

Went to buy my lease out, you would think it would be an easy sell! Nope! They inspected the wrong vehicle which prompted me to read through the paperwork where I discovered they changed the price of the lease buyout and charged me almost $6,000 more than what was agreed upon! Had I not caught it I would have been screwed and negative for n my equity in the car. And it took over 3 hours for buying a car that I already owned! Ridiculous!!

Clay Cooley tells everyone that they are family, this is not true. The car we bought had an engine light come on 2 weeks after we bought it. We called them and said can they look at it for us. The said they could but the devise they would use may not be accurate as the car we bought was not American and it would cost us $200, even though it may not fine the correct issue. I questioned how could they say they checked the car completely before we bought it, it the test they do are not accurate. I took the car to a mechanic and he checked the car for free. Not happy with Clay Cooley Volkswagen.

Always quick with response, diagnostic, parts order and service completion. We bring all our cars…not just our VW. With KJ as my personal service professional I know I am getting fair treatment and a fair, honest deal.

I had a nail in my tire and needed to get to work.

I had a nail in my tire and needed to get to work. DJ was super helpful. I left my car there…shuttled to work and they picked me up a short while later with no issues.
