While Cody was responsive, we came to learn that all

While Cody was responsive, we came to learn that all items listed as an “issue” were not an issue from getting a second opinion. The issue that was a huge problem cause my transmission grinding noise was a lose bolt that snapped the engine down. I wasn’t even told this was the issue, but a heavy $9k bill of other issues. We want honesty and understanding especially in the economy we are in. I understand in sales you’re job is to sell and convince people of things to up numbers, but to lie and put people in a financial burden on a number of issues that weren’t even an issue. This is all humorous that this issue with my transmission happened the afternoon I left after my oil change with VW Richardson. Not sure how this wasn’t caught since it was in a visible area.

Great experience all round!

Great experience all round! Most of the 5-star is attributed to how great the service rep, Kari Hill was. From the minute I got there until I left she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I've been to many VW dealerships before and have never received such great service!

Everyone was amazing.

Everyone was amazing. When we drove up we were immediately greeted by our sales person. Went inside and were also greeted by Nicholas Tucci and Abraham Herrera. Process was straightforward. This is my 3rd purchase from Clay Cooley VW of Richardson.
