WOW!!!! The customer service goes above and beyond at this dealership! I went in to trade my Lincoln MKZ car for an SUV and found the PERFECT ride for me:) Mike Akers was so friendly, easy going, and such a pleasure to work with. His patience and knowledge of the different vehicles I inquired about was just TOP NOTCH!!! Norman Lee was my salesman and he worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted and he did with the help of the sales manager matt Dunn! Great experience here buying my vehicle, from Tony Dobson (internet sales) quick responses and all the help in the dealership, and Russ Thomas in the finance dept answering all my questions and pointers also dealing with Jerry Ward himself all great people here. I would recommend them to anyone very friendly and no pressure.

We drove almost 3 hours to buy one car...a week later we did it again!!!!! My bf and I are set to be on the road for a LONG time to come in our new/used cars (they don't even seem used at all!) Love the staff and love the cars! Thanks again Jerry and Tony!!!!!
