Not happy at all with experience.
Found advertising to be misleading with regard to discounts & rebates. We wouldn’t have traveled to dealership if we had known this was the case. Then when arrived at dealership was told the advertised sticker price of car was not the “actual” sticker price due to dealer added “options” which included a $1500 add on for “adjusted market value”. That is the most absurd thing I have ever seen. I have never seen another dealership attempt this. We had no trade in so this deal should have been very cut & dry & it was still a back & forth with payments. This was not the type of experience we had last year buying the same car at Outten Kia. Had we not been pressed for time to make a purchase we would have gone elsewhere.

Could be improved
Paid $800 gap insurance only 400 at credit union. Seller never called back, Tracking a key for me. Car listed at 15,988 on Cargurus, not honored.

Wish it was better
Easy and pleasant buying experience and they definitely want to sell cars so they made it easy to work with me on price. I knew what I wanted and they quickly worked to match my price. However post the sale they have zero customer service. I wanted two pieces of paperwork related to my sale - pre delivery checklist and copy of contract linking car to their lifetime powertrain warranty. Despite multiple emails and phone calls I was only able to get someone Johnny on phone once and despite saying no problem weeks later I don't have them and they refuyto respond to emails or phone calls. Truly disappointing and a huge red flag - something seems off. I only recommend this dealership for making a sale if you know what you are doing buying cars and you make sure you get copies of everything from sale at time of purchase.

Just wanted to post an update to my initial review - Johnny and the Allentown Kia team promptly got in touch with me to explain what had happened and in the end turns out it was just misunderstanding and miscommunication in regards to how best to manage and fulfill my requests. They apologized for the confusion, delay in response, and promptly fulfilled my request, leaving me a 100% satisfied customer with my Allentown Kia buying experience. Many thanks to the entire team for ensuring my satisfaction and peace of mind.
timely accurate service
Informative..go the extra mile. .stand to their word. .are always a pleasure to work with..i need to get the name of the mechanic. What an all around pleasure to work with him even if it does end up costing me money.

Excellent communication w service advisor then thru service manager. Work was completed ahead of schedule and was done correctly. Only small issue would be cost but I believe that is true everywhere.
