Goodbye Allentown Kia

This is the end of a long term relationship with Allentown Kia, next time I buy another Kia, I will make sure that I will drive as far as I can to take my business somewhere else. I have never reviewed a business before in my life and never relied on reviews to do business at Allentown Kia, I have been there many times before and after the ownership changes so I took for granted that they were a costumer service oriented type of business as the sales representative claimed to be.

Worst service department I have ever had to deal with....

Worst service department I have ever had to deal with. Had a 5pm appoitment for a simple tail light replacement. Waited an 1 1/2 to complete. I asked them 45 mins. Into the repair how long to complete. The answer was soon. Instead of getting out of there chair and checking the employee just sat there and said again, soon. Customer service sucks.

Danny helped me walk out with a sweet ride. 2016 challenger I couldn’t be more please how helpful they were and accommodating allowing my mechanic to look it over and even set up getting the car home for me since I bought it alone. 5 stars Danny keep up the good work.

Normally I like to do more research before buying a car...

Normally I like to do more research before buying a car but Jacob was able to give me so much information I was sold on Kia! The test drive made me sign on the spot! The coffee machine is fantastic!!!

Rob did a great job in showing us the 2020 Rio we purchased and made sure my daughter had a good test drive. He also made sure it was totally cleaned and answered all questions fully.

False pricing! Scam!

False advertising! Scam! Prices are much higher than listed. I've called to confirm the price prior arrival, but the price came MORE THAN DOUBLE vs advertised price. It was $299 with $0 due at signing, but actually they needed $7,000! down in order to get advertised price. You have to be qualified for all their ridiculous incentives, such military, recent grad, etc. It is scam dealer. Don't waste your time

By the way, I bought Stinger at the price I wanted. You didn't earn my business with you strategy. I wish you to lose all you customers if you continue to lie like you did to me.
