While returning home from vacation, our vehicle broke down during a snowstorm. With no cellular service, I was able to flag-down a vehicle (whose owner was a God-send) and he allowed me to call AAA on his cell phone and was kind enough to take my wife to Transwest so she did not have to wait in a cold vehicle for AAA to arrive. On a side note, THANK YOU to Ruby's Auto Body as they fought through this storm to get to me - a tough job during difficult weather. Dan & Doris Corbin (Transwest) were extremely accommodating as they not only hosted my wife for 3-hours, but they remained open (waiting for me to arrive with my vehicle), even as they sent employees home as State roads were beginning to shut down due to the storm. When it became apparent that AAA was taking longer than expected, they took my wife to a local Hotel so she could book a room as they feared rooms would get booked fast due to the storm. Dan & Doris were not thinking of just the business, but the welfare of a traveler. The next day, Chris and Shelby gave my vehicle priority and got the parts that I needed ordered so that my repairs could be completed as soon as possible. In addition, Steve arranging for a loaner vehicle so that we had the ability to get our meals as we waited for our parts to arrive. We are very thankful for the kindness and excellent service we received from Transwest, not only for our vehicle, but for us, as people, during this difficult time. We are very thankful and very humbled. Thank you to the team at Transwest!

Chris Coleman, the Service Manager, was very helpful, from planning, to scheduling, to completion. I was very impressed with the shop and the in-house capabilities. Few service facilities make good on their promises, Transwest Limon does.

Trans West in Limon has been the best place ever to care and service our Ram 1500. and 2500 They go above and beyond to make sure the vehicle is completely repaired, on time and offer discounts, referral bonuses etc. Very professional and accommodating

Our car broke down on Interstate 70 on Saturday afternoon.Triple A arranged a tow and put us in contact with Transwest. Shelby arranged to have our car looked at first thing Monday morning. Chris got us in right away on Monday morning at got alternator replaced under factory recall and replaced bad battery and we were out of there and on the road by 10:30. Very pleased.

I was going through town and had a brake issue. On a 9 state trip all by myself. As a woman I was a little nervous about the trip but decided to do it anyway My one fear was what if I was in the middle of nowhere with car issues. Well... it happened. But your team was amazing and got me out on the road in less than an hr!!! Excellent knowledgeable professional...just an amazing team. Special thanks to Shelby!
