I reached out with an offer and they didn’t even respond to my offer. All they did was email a name and number asking me to reach out. I’ll take my business elsewhere when you clearly didn’t read my message

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from J & S Mitsubishi

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from J & S Mitsubishi in October. Tony, the salesperson was extremely helpful and accommodating. Everyone at the dealership was professional. I highly recommend doing business with J&S Mitsubishi.

I have had the worst car buying experience possible with

I have had the worst car buying experience possible with J&S. I signed a bill of sale for a vehicle and had a check mailed to them. I was ASSURED it would not be sold after offering to instant transfer a deposit while the check was in transit. I had a written and signed sales agreement. After investing a lot of time and money into the process of buying the vehicle I was informed that it was sold out from underneath me to someone else. This dealership is a scam and will rip you off. I would HIGHLY advise never trying to purchase a vehicle online from them. You will lose money and time.

Excellent service department!

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful.The service department is awesome. I will definitely go back to J&S Mitsubishi and recommend them to anyone wanting or needing a car.

Tried to sell me a car that smelled inside and very

Tried to sell me a car that smelled inside and very clearly had a fluid leak but claimed it must have just happened that day when there was no fluid leaked on the ground where the vehicle sat. Then tried to sell me a lower end model without negotiating down a price after I drove three hours with a baby because the salesman assured me they were a reputable dealer. I ended up buying the same car, with $14,000 less miles, a dealership warranty and in mint condition for $100 less. Steer clear of j&s.

Do not trust this dealership at all.

Do not trust this dealership at all. I bought a Tesla Model S a month ago, and my vehicle already needs all 4 brake pads and rotors, a new ball joint, and an alignment. I don’t drive crazy, and I certainly haven’t driven enough to blow through 4 pads and rotors. Around $1500 in repairs in a month of ownership! It’s shady business to knowingly sell a car that won’t pass inspection. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB and seeing if I have a legal case

Our salesperson did a good job of answering any

Our salesperson did a good job of answering any questions. Where things fell down was the purchase and sales documentation. We used our own financing and they did not respond to requests sent from the bank. I had to call and find out why the loan had not funded. Then because of that delay and lack of communication it took several weeks after till we could pick up the vehicle. Also items that were to be completed were not, i.e.: key blade to be cut and included in key fob. The vehicle also had a low battery error message on the dash when we picked it up. They did provide the vehicle full of fuel and checked the air pressure on the tires before our 3 hour drive home.
