J & S Mitsubishi

I was a little worried at first with it being a small dealership but they quickly showed me true customer service. I owed on my Lexus and they took me out of it for the amount I owned, even know it was above the car value. They didn't jerk me around and were very straight forward. They didn't have the car I wanted on the lot and they quickly got one from a neighboring dealer and even put on the black wheels I wanted that didn't come in that trim package! The Hyundai didn't even want to look at me and these guys are putting upgraded wheels on my car for free! They found me an awesome loan at a great APR too. I have nothing but positive stuff to say about this dealer and the buying process was painless. My only regret is they are far away from me and I won't be able to keep going back there for service. Also Victoria is an amazing person to work with and contacts you back right away and to think the Lexus dealer still has contacted me back about my inquiry on the NX200T! Buy here you won't regret it.

I was promptly contacted by Victoria who called to discuss my request. It was a very enjoyable conversation without any high pressure sales pitch. After speaking with Victoria, I found out the dealership did not have the exact model I was looking for, but Victoria said don't worry I'll have the owner George call you. Within 15 minutes George called and we discussed what I was looking for. He told me to give him a few minutes to check availability. He quickly called me back and told me he was working on getting the car. I let George know what I was looking to spend and after a very pleasant conversation we had come to a very agreeable deal for both of us. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership the next day to pick up the car it was in the shop being washed and waxed. We were met by Henri who greeted us and brought us over to see the car. After that he started the paperwork and everything went smoothly and quickly and I was soon driving home in my new Outlander GT. From my experience I will definitely be coming back when my car needs servicing and when its time to get my wife a car next year sometime. Thank you George and your team.
