Each time I arrive for my appointment at the stated time I am greeted by no one. I stand there by the car I acknowledged for a minimum of 10 mins before I walk inside and have to ask for the person who is supposed to be meeting me. When he finally comes he’s friendly but that doesn’t excuse the fact that plenty people walk right past me without saying a word or trying to figure out why I’m just standing and waiting. I requested a loaner online and wasn’t told until I arrived at my appt there wasn’t one available. Three weeks opportunity to tell me that in advance so I could make other plans rather than allow myself to be Lyfted home and stuck for hours waiting.

Outstanding team, especially Ms Mercedes Disla and Juan. Both were very knowledgeable, Professional and set the standard for what to expect at a Porsche Dealership. What a great experience, found my car on line went to there web site . Soon there after had a call from my sales person (Kimberly Rosa). who could not have done a better job, was amazing to work with from first contact, video she sent, to the phone calls, setting up my financing , contract paper work that was sent out, to my shipping and the follow up call making sure my car was delivered and I was happy . In the midst of all the "supply chain" issues on the news, I ordered a custom Porsche from this dealership, including many "Porsche exclusive" parts. My sales pro, Daniel Guillen, walked me through various on-line systems which explained the order and build process, and associated tracking systems.
