Manager was hard to get along with. Wasn’t helpful with the sale. The whole team up there was unhelpful. Sale ended up falling through.

Horrible experience with this dealership. Purchased a Porsche Taycan 4S last week and it has been an absolutely ridiculous experience. After almost 4 hours of driving to get the deal signed and finalized, they initially didn’t want to show me the vehicle and rather sign the paperwork first. Well, after getting all documents finished up, I was able to go downstairs and look at the car for the first time, just to get surprised that they’ve removed the original 21” wheels with Pirelli tires and replaced them with old looking 18” stock rims and basic Goodyear tires. I stayed cool and thought to see what the reasoning is behind all this, since the car was advertised with 21” rims. As an excuse they tried to tell me that those were aftermarket and they couldn’t take the liability on it, but that I would be able to purchase those now from them at a hefty price of $1,000. I thought to myself that this is just getting more and more ridiculous now and the fact that I have to purchase the wheels now, even thought they originally belonged to the car in the first place, is just insane. I ended up paying for them, just so that I can get away and on my way home. They’ve also kept the charger wall mount as well, and charged me another $800 after the fact. How else would I be able to charge that car, right?! But why loose your composure with scammers like this. It’s simply not worth it. I’m a first responder for a living and that’s what you get from those guys. Absolutely never again! Oh, and before I forget: They keep the second key from you as collateral so that I wouldn’t post my experience with them online. I decided to still post everything and warn future customers. Be careful with their tactics. My sales person was Kimberly, in case someone deals with her.

Not willing to negotiate. More expensive that other dealers. Visited the dealership and didn't even have the cars listed on the website...they were lent out to corporate company.

I wish I could give them less than one star the sales pressure tactics and unethical practices run all the way to top management. Ryan’s silent consent was apparent even when I exposed these things. What a shame. These guys deserve all the negative cliches that are consistent with auto sales. In fact they make the bad guys look good. The worst of the worst. Stay far away. I’m surprised Porsche hasn’t pulled their sponsorship.

There is no better dealership (Porsche or any other make) in existence and Leo Cisneros should be given a huge raise and even better yet, they should promote him to Service Manager. Leo is a saint and if not for his kind assistance, my 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera S would be in trouble. I will show my loyalty by never patronizing another dealership ever again, aside from Porsche of West Broward. By the way, the dealership where I purchased my Porsche is called Champion Porsche and they are xxxx of the earth, every single one of them.

Ariel is a great salesman and look after his customers, this is the second car I bought from him. The dealership is always welcoming clean and professional.

My husband and I had a great experience. Everything was very efficient from choosing a car and settling on a price as well as the paperwork. Our salesperson, Ariel Sommerfleck was excellent! Would definitely recommend Porsche West Broward.
