Excellent overall experience- sales department was amazing to work with, salesperson (Payton) was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, helpful, responsive and treated me great.

I had my fist Porsche on 2016, I gave it to my son, then I had 2023 Porsche Cayene, now I have a2025 Porsche I Dell safe, confortable and happy with my new one I will keep buting inly Porsches because I like them very much

We bought a pre owned 2023 Audi SQ5 from this dealer and we loved our salesman. This is where the positives end. We pointed out some minor defects that we were told would be fixed prior to the purchase. They were not. I have reached out to our salesman and he has been responsive but the pre owned car sales manager has not returned any of our calls or updated our salesman. Prior to purchase, I pointed out some scuffs and I was told that everything is going to be fixed. A day after the purchase I reached out to my salesman and the pre owned car manager with these issues: 1. Scuffs on the car bumper weren’t taken care of 2. Window tint had marks all over it which initially I thought was watermarks from the wash 3. Rear view center mirror compass not working 4. A hard grinding/vibration on passenger side wheel 5. A huge scuff on the driver side side view mirror that was hidden from us I guess for a “Porsche” dealers from whom we bought a $45k car not being responsive to fix minor issue seems like a huge red flag. Buyer beware and think twice before purchasing pre owned cars here.

They attention was great, I am very happy with the way the whole process went.

I was traveling from out of town to purchase a vehicle. I contacted a sales person ahead of time to discuss the car. Juan just happened to answer the phone. He was very nice starting out however, never returned my calls or text messages after 2 days of communicating. When I arrived I was paired with Alex who was getting ready to go home. He stopped, took his time and showed me the car, he was super nice and patient. I wanted this car and he sold me the car. He followed up several times after the purchase to make sure everything was ok. Alex saved the day! I do want to mention, the manager of this store NEVER spoke to me, never thanked or welcomed me to Porsche however I did see him greeting other customers. If it wasent for Alex I would have went to Champion Porsche to get a car. Alex was great. I would give Alex 20 stars, but what bothered me is the manager of the store was there and it wasent really busy and he didnt acknowlege a customer who wasent window shopping but walked in and purchased a car. Juan, oh well just lost the sale.
