I called to get my car battery replaced.
I called to get my car battery replaced. They checked my Vin and replaced the battery under warranty, saving me over 3K. Danny was great and took the time to explain the process.

Stay away, stay far away. In short, integrity is not the word that I would use to describe doing busness with this dealership. Depite being told that the deal was done, and receiving videos showing me "my new 2023 Porsche Turbo S", the vehicle was sold to someone else who just happened to walk into the dealership later that same day. Evidently their sales process is somewhat convoluted: deposits arent taken and a deal isn't consumated until proof of insurance is provided (on a Saturday afternoon, no less), along with a signed e-document. I guess a verbal and written agreement wasn't enough to hold the car over until Monday when formal insurance documents could be procurred. The "explanatory' call from my salesperson Cameron was lackluster at best and the follow-up call from the used car manager was both arrogant and insulting, In a nutshell, greed trumped integrity and negated the deal to which they had previously commited. This dealer is a disgrace to an outstanding brand and the Penske Company.

Hello, While we understand your frustrations with the vehicle no longer being available, there are some clarifications I would like to make. As discussed several times our dealership offers vehicles on a "first come, first serve" basis for in stock units. You did call in, but were never here physically in person so we mentioned we could do the deal today via E-signing. While you were negotiating a deal, you were offered to sign documents electronically to secure the transaction and therefore the car. In this case, we would need a signed proposal, a copy of your drivers license, and insurance with the vehicle on it (the same we would need if you here in person) When offered this, you mentioned you would do everything on Monday, that you could not do it today (Saturday). At that point (as per our policy), the vehicle remained available and later sold to a customer that was here in person with all required documentation. A Verbal agreement from a customer to purchase does not warrant us holding the vehicle for you and we do not take deposits on in stock vehicles, however if you have a written buyers order or bill of sale, please post it to this review or email me directly at jroe@penskeautomotive.com and I will certainly see what can be done. This "first come first serve" policy is in place to create fair purchasing opportunity for all customers. I assure you there was no greed or malice behind the vehicle selling. We are simply following the dealership's policy that has been in place since the dealership was open. Again, I understand how frustrating it can be to miss out on a vehicle. Unfortunately all in stock (non-pre ordered New Cars) are NOT able to be held via verbal agreement or Deposit and are available on a "first come, first serve" basis. However, If you have documentation of any kind, Please share the Bill of Sale or Buyers Order from the transaction to this post or to my direct email and I will look to see what can be done. Your internal dealership policy was not disclosed. What you discuss amongst yourselves or what is stated corporate policy is irrelevant if the customer is not informed upfront. Requesting proof of insurance information on a Saturday afternoon is ludicrous and simply not essential to complete a purchase and sales agreement. Upon delivery yes, but irrelevant so early on. However, as requested, I did reach out to our insurance company via their web portal was told to contact our agent on Monday. This information was succinctly conveyed to the salesman. And as requested, to consummate the sale, my personal information and driver's license were indeed sent to your dealership. The optics of this transaction reflect poorly on your dealership. Spin it however you may....
