One of the worst buying experiences, opposite to what a Porsche experience should be. Before going to the dealership, I sent several emails with no response. The person that call at first responding our email, was unable to provide a quote over the phone, all he said was "more or less $$". T Moen answered 2 emails but the 3rd one was never answered and never provide the quote that we were looking for. The Collection and Champion Porsche both provided firm quotes over the phone and sent emails in writing with the vehicle pictures, description and price. When I finally went to PWB, the team ther, make us loose time and sales team (Sales manager and credit Manager) were disrespectful and condescending. Even when my wife was buying the car they keep talking to me, making my wife feel ignored. John Maella (salesman) was ok but he did not help resolve with issues. the only one that tried to help, was respectful and somewhat helpful was Ariel S. Credit Manager Mr Henry, make us wait unnecessary time and when he was asked to talk and ask questions to Porsche Finance regional Manager, he answered that he did not want to bother such and important person with our questions, that he do not want to make him angry. Next day, we were called 2 times, but always failed to answer our questions and never replied back. The following day, we bought the new cayenne at Champion Porsche, process was quick ,easy and direct, opposite to PWB, in and out in 1 hour.

Sean and Juan were very helpful. Assisted with additional work requested and car was in time as promised. Loaner car was excellent vehicle. Thanks for all your help.

Yesterday, I took my 2020 Porsche Macan for service. Their mechanic did an excellent job and a thorough check of the vehicle as prescribed by the Manufacturer .
