Porsche West Broward have the worst employees attitude, with no respect to the Porsche owners and ZERO patience. Today when I called the service consulate and didn't get any answers , I told the representative that after my 2 times experience with this dealer services, I don't think that I'll keep driving Porsche - and his answer was: "That's a good idea"!!! --- That's how Porsche treat their clients !

Wasted a lot of time, for nothing.
Was looking at a 2009 911 C2S at this dealership; went through AutoTrader first to establish contact. Was assigned Daniel as the sales person. Daniel was slow to respond for everything. I can ask a question, and I had to end up chasing down the sales person in order to get an answer. To get an answer, it would often take days. This is despite the fact I had utilized email, as well as Daniel having my number. In the end, the car had tons of issues; I had to reach out to the sales manager to have it assigned to another sales person to get the answers. The other sales person, Ariel, was much better. Prompt in response. Within a day, he was able to provide all of the answers I needed, and told me that this car has way too many issues, and will be going to auction. This should've happened in the beginning; get a competent sales person that is willing to work with you, and for you. I wasted a total of 10 days, trying to get the answers I am looking for, with Daniel. And these questions were all addressed within a day with Ariel. I would be wary with dealing with this dealership, as it seemed like it can be a very YMMV scenario, depends on who you have for your sales person.

First Porsche purchase
We was in the market to find a good pre own car for my daughter, our sales rep Cameron help us through the whole process. When certain mechanical issue we’re later discovered, Cameron had the car re check out and had the problem immediately resolved. Next time I’m in the market to buy a new car or pre own car Cameron will definitely be my salesman again.
