Stopped into the dealership after seeing several of the vehicles online. Kevin was extremely helpful and patient plus he was super friendly! I got exactly the vehicle I wanted and I couldn't be happier. 100% recommend this dealership.

Things are going down the drain at Matick. Four months ago they busted censors in my tires while installing 4 new tires and 4 and a half-hour waiting time. I never say any bad things about the guys at the front desk, especially Martin and Fillip; they are genuine and very kind. The problem is with the guys who fix the car inside. Today I went to change the battery for my RAV4, and I am not happy because I hear clicking while driving and I hope it is not electric. I opened the hood when I got home and I found a brush that should be used to clean the clip that should fit on the battery terminals. So, the serviceman kept the brush on the new battery but did not clean the clips, SAD!!!!!I never thought ever Toyota's service would get to that level. I called Toyota and Martin told me to bring the car tomorrow to check it out he is concerned about the clicking, and it seems like he cares about the customers, I wish service members learn from him. SAD, SAD, TOYOTA, I have been driving Toyotas for 35 years and I am losing faith in the provided services lately.

We were unsure about what model to get and even unsure about what make. After researching our options Toyota Highlander was the best fit for us. Randal our salesman was knowledgeable and professional the entire time. We test drove a couple vehicles before deciding on the Highlander. The entire process was quick and painless. I highly recommend Matick Toyota.
