They said I could buy the vehicle only to say that there had been a "mistake" and I couldn't buy. This was after forwarding my credit card information

Great, Easy Experience - No BS.
Had a great experience purchasing a RAV4 from this dealership. I got the run around online everywhere else. After chatting with Mackenzie, I quickly realized why things were better here. She actually gave me what I asked for - a price - and confirmed when the car would be arriving. I was easily approved and in and out in 30 minutes. Couldn't say more positive things. Thanks.

Don't shop here!
They don't want to sell cars, period. Ten thousand dollars cash down and finance the other 26 and wouldn't budge on the price, not even a single dollar. They won't show the invoice, only MSRP not the same thing. Don't waste your time here. Sales manager "Doesn't want to be bothered by customers" according to the sales person.

This review and explanation are simply completely inaccurate. Our dealership openly publishes our best price online, and would gladly provide invoice information to any customer that asks. We tried to be transparent and clear, upfront, that the price we provided was the best price.

There is a known issue with the 2019 RAV4 and I have been dealing with the issue for at least a year now. The gas tank reading varies. Gas pumps turn off and the amount in the tank varies. After filling it I can usually squeeze in 2-3 more gallons. A PITA! Also, when the tank has 20 miles to empty there are actually a few gallons left in the tank. Which is quite a bit for a vehicle that get 40mpg. When I fill up the gas tank it is a crap shoot how far the tank will fill up. It is usually between 3/4 and Full. I have even taken pictures of the gas gauge after filling the tank with the gas gauge reading below full. The vehicle was not like this from the beginning. In the beginning I will fill up the tank and have 500+ miles to empty. Now I'm lucky if it says 400. It is like it thinks it has a 10 gallon tank in stead of a 14. So I talked with the service consultant Martin Messenger at Matick Toyota and he agreed it was the problem identified by Toyota and set up an appointment the following week to determine the parts to order. On the way there I had a half tank and filled it up the rest of the way as requested. This time it actually went to the full mark on the gauge. When I arrived Martin Messenger was not there. They had the vehicle for an hour. They determined that because it went to the full mark this time when I put the gas in the vehicle does not have the issue described and they just reset the computer and fuel sensors instead of addressing the issue and fixing it. Like this problem I have been dealing with over the past several months does not exist. Even if the fuel sensors have drifted off over the last two years how is resetting them going to prevent them from continuing to drift off? It will not!!! So I will be dealing with the same problem in the upcoming months as the problem slowly returns as it did initially. They said come back again if the problem returns. Well of course it will return, you did noting to fix it. Thanks for nothing.

Unfortunately, Toyota has set up guidelines for this repair. At this time the vehicle is not showing the necessary measurements that would require a replacement gas tank. Per the guidelines from Toyota the correction they had us make was to do a reset of the gas gauge because that may be all that is required to fix your vehicle. Not all Rav4's are getting new gas tanks at this time and it is based on what the computer and the gas gauge are reading at the time of the inspection. We are happy to make the repairs in the future as Toyota has extended the coverage on this issue, but at this time we could not complete any repair due to conditions that were not present this visit. We want to help as much as possible but need the vehicle to present the issue when here so that we can report accurately back to Toyota.
They basically did nothing.

Please be advised to go and speak with Josh Mertens. He was the most down to earth salesperson that you can work with. Currently, I am a very proud owner of a 2012 Toyota RAV 4 Limited with "no issues"! Therefore, I must say that my experience at this dealership was fantastic.

Do not work with this dealership. Their salesperson Steve Shikwana was extremely rude, cussing and yelling at me on the phone and he was racist towards me.

A surprising experience.
Acquiring a used car at Matick was a surprising experience. I commend Kevin Marogi for being such a pleasant and competent sales person. He made the whole process, from test driving through financing, seamless and easy and went the extra mile. Every question was answered and every detail covered with honesty and without pressure. Would recommend to anyone!
