I had the best time with my car sales man John he was so funny and during this pandemic he really made me feel welcomed with his face shield and all. And... the finance lady Alana was very nice as well overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I love my 2017 Journey......

I bought a beautiful 2012 Mercedes-Benz S350 BLUETech (Diesel), I mention the type of car it is because this model is rare and hard to find. My first contact... was with Molly, she was polite, courteous and professional. Since I was calling from out of state, she explained that they weren't allowed to hold the car for me past a certain time without making arrangements. I contacted my bank, secured my loan and sent a picture of the cashier's check with the dealerships name on it and arrangement was made. She was able to hold the vehicle long enough for me to drive up there. I got up there, saw the car, liked the car, bought the car. They were a little busy but got me out as soon as possible. The salesman (Rick) was polite, professional and courteous too. I returned back to Texas, it was a fantastic drive back in my S350. If you ever get a chance to test drive an S350 or any of the newer BLUETEC Mercedes-Benz, do it. This model, has a range of over 700 miles to a tank on the highway, this is why I was in a hurry to get this car. As soon as I made it back, I had problems registering my car due to circumstances out of mine and Matick Toyota's control. As soon as I called them about the issue, they were on the problem quick. Erica was my go to lady in this problem. It took less than a week to fix this issue, she was there from start to finish. Matick Toyota didn't try to avoid the problem or say that, since I bought the car that it was my problem; and they reimbursed me for any expenses connected to this problem. I appreciate their professionalism and I would buy another vehicle from them with no hesitation or reservation.

Everyone was friendly and the entire process from start to finish was fast (which has been on my greatest... frustrations during previous car purchases). I love my new Highlander, it was exactly the car I had researched and wanted for months only finally deciding to pull the trigger after taking to Molly over email. Will definitely be back and tell others.

In March 2018 I took delivery of my 4th Toyota vehicle. The lease process was very deceptive. The very beginning of the conversation with Chad (salesperson... no longer working there I've discovered) was all about the fact that I was over mileage on my present lease and wanted to turn it in early, avoid mileage penalty by rolling the cost into a new lease or purchase. Please run the numbers and tell me what you can do for me. He ran the numbers and when I didn’t jump on the deal right away I was asked if I'd be interested in another Corolla--I said no, due to its performance in snow. I was then reminded by Mackenzie during that conversation that I'd have to pay 15 per mile for the overage if I waited and turned it in at end of lease. I went home, thought about the deal and returned to take delivery on the 2018 Camry. Nothing but smiles and friendliness, no mention of any pending cost I'd face for my mileage overage. Every bit of the conversation would lead any rational person to believe they had wrapped the overage cost into what I was paying for the new Camry. Then this past week I am contacted by Toyota Financial Services and hit with the bill--$899.00. I explained the situation, asked them to take care of this bill and was told what the paperwork says. Got me! But it will never happen again. This was my fourth Toyota! But it will also be my last!

I bought a 2011 Subaru Outback from Matick last summer (2017) and also got an extended warranty for the vehicle. I cancelled the extended warranty a few... months later and the warranty processed a refund and issued a check that they sent to the dealer. For over a month I have been trying to get an update on the status of that refund and I am receiving no answer from Matick. I do have a chain of emails with no response... I believe it is unacceptable since it is quite a large sum of money (over $900) and I just receive no answer from them. I believe that behavior is very unprofessional.
We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We respectfully dispute that we haven't been in touch with you. Our Finance and Delivery Coo...rdinator has been in contact routinely since the cancellation paperwork was sent in January 25th, except during the time she was on vacation for a week. We have contacted the warranty company, on your behalf, to make sure you receive your refund as soon as possible. We again contacted them this past week and they have confirmed that you will not receive a check directly, the refund of the warranty will go directly to the lieholder, who financed the warranty with your vehicle. Lisa, our Finance and Delivery Coordinator does recommend you contact your credit union and make sure that check was received from GWC (the warranty company). If you need additional assistance, we are always here to help.
