The Murdock Volkswagen here in Logan was very nice! They made the process of buying first very easy simple and comfortable. Drew was very patient and throughly explained the whole process. This was very great place/experience as a first time car buyer!

We bought a 2014 Jetta SportWagen TDI from them back in

We bought a 2014 Jetta SportWagen TDI from them back in December. I have never had a worst experience buying a car. First the car was overpriced for a car with a bad intake manifold, o2 sensor, and headlights that don’t work (didn’t know any of this when purchasing). Second they lied to us about the difference between interest rates between the different bank. Third they said they would call when our plates were in before our temporary plates expired and low and below we never got a call. So when I call (1 week before the temp tags expires) to ask about it they say I need to come in for an emissions test that definitely should’ve been done before it left the lot! We still are dealing with problem 3 months later when all of this should’ve been over with a long time ago! Overall very disappointing and will not be buying anything else from this dealer.

I had an excellent experience shopping with Murdock Volkswagen! Bryce Alonso did a tremendous job making this an enjoyable occasion. He answered calls and text from me day and night. Great people, great prices.

The worst experience I've had at a dealership.

The worst experience I've had at a dealership. I have never been more disrespected and lied to. Vance was great to work with at first. When I reached out to Vance a couple weeks later to cancel our maintenance warranty package, he said that he would take care of it and get the paperwork written up, sent off, and I would see my total loan balance drop in a couple weeks. Two days later, I reached out to confirm he had canceled our plan, which he replied that yes, he did. After a couple of weeks, I noticed my balance had not dropped so I reached back out to get an update. On the 25 November I reached out for a second time to get an update and he said he would check with accounting. He then asked me what my mileage was when we canceled… This led me to believe he never canceled in the first place. I asked for another update on December 4 and he never got back to me with an update. I reached out to him on December 11 and he asked me to refinance. Never did I say I needed this done and now avoiding what I really needed. I then asked him to send me proof of cancellation and he sent me a shady picture of a computer screen with no cancellation date. I asked him to send proof of the cancelation date based on our text thread, and he never sent me the information and blamed accounting for not getting him the documentation. At this point I was getting the runaround by Vance and asked to speak to his manager. I finally received Tanners info and gave him a call. Tanner immediately sent me a PDF document of the cancellation form proving that Vance canceled our plan on November 25 - A full month after he was supposed to cancel the plan. I let Tanner know that I knew Vance lied to me. Once he knew I caught them in a lie, Tanner cut me a check for the cancellation fee they tried to charge me. I had to remind Tanner that there is no fee for canceling within 30 days per their contract, after he tried telling me that every cancelation has a fee. I should not be correcting him on their contract. I received that check in the mail and it was post dated for the 24 December - A full week from the day I received the check and on a Holiday. On top of that, the amount on the check did not add up to any of the numbers on the cancellation document I received, so I asked for a breakdown. He ignored my email until I asked for his managers information instead. He called me within 5 minutes of receiving that email. He seemed clueless about where he got the original amount on the check from, and then told me that they ended up owing me more money and would cut me another check. Tanner said he would pay me back with no fee and my full refund that I should've received months earlier. It is now December 30 and I have still not received my second check that I was told I would receive by now. I am now been ignored and haven't heard from Tanner since December 18th. This has been the most dishonest and disrespectful runaround by Murdock, Vance, and Tanner. I do not recommend using this dealership.
