I just bought a new 2024 VW Jetta with the help of Bryant, Vance, and Briers. I’m not sure on the spelling of Briers, but I found he was of a great help to me. I’d give Briers and also Tanner 5 stars ⭐️ for helping me switch out of one car to another on an exchange. I purchased a 2023 from Bryant and Vance and drove the car 500 miles and the check engine light came on. I turned it around and took the car back. The tint was too dark, I didn’t realize it when I bought it cause it was during the day. I think there were other issues with the car as well. The ceramic coat in the paint job hadn’t been done right and they had to fix it. I’d give Bryant a 2 star ⭐️ for knowledge of what’s on the lot. He did a lot of phone scrolling verses knowing what was available. I also felt like he could have steered me away from the 2023. It’s like he knew there was something wrong with it and instead of letting me know and disclosing everything, he kept it to himself to get the sale. I wish Murdock VW had a 5 day return policy not a 5 day exchange on the cars. That would be helpful, like when I figured out the tint was so dark I couldn’t see pedestrians at night time and I wanted to bring it back for that reason. Vance as the financial person needed to spend more time going over each page and the numbers instead of flipping through pages and telling me to sign at the bottom. I didn’t get to see how much a $20,000 car was gonna cost me with the things they talked me into buying as added safety. That car came out to be almost double at $37,000. That’s a crazy mark up with “things I need”. I would work with some of their staff, Briers and Tanner in the future. That’s why it’s a 4 instead of 5, cause I spent 3 days at the dealership trying to get the right car and I drove 1000 miles cause I had to flip around on my trip back to my home in Washington cause of the check engine. That was my final straw with the first car 2023 VW Jetta.
