I was by looking for a replacement pickup for one that had been totaled out in an accident, Murdock VW happened to have what I was looking for. I’m from out of state, put in a request online for more info on the pickup and was contacted by Vance. He was easy to work with, got the answers to questions I had. With a little negotiating back and forth we agreed to a fair price for both parties. I’d not hesitate to work with him again and if you are coming from out of town/state like I was and are looking for a good place to eat and Vance recommends the Beehive Grill, definitely give it a try, you’ll not be disappointed.

I was told I was purchasing paint protection that they
I was told I was purchasing paint protection that they never scheduled to install. I sold car and asked for a refund of my 900 dollars. Now they say it is a warranty I purchased. The paint protection isn’t what I paid for. Now they say The only way I get a refund is by purchasing another car from them. Do not purchase any type of extra warranty or paint protection plans from them. Service department will drop the ball and then the management team will not take care of the customers. I will never get my lousy 900 dollars refunded, but I will give them bad reviews accross every social media platform I possibly can for years to come! Then instead of taking care of the customer they will just reply to the review arguing why they feel they are right all over 900 dollars that they admitted to dropping the ball on their dnd by not contacting me to schedule the service I paid for. Do not deal with this dealer!!!

Purchase was a nightmare took more then half the day.
Purchase was a nightmare took more then half the day. Said no several times to the extra warranty n protection coating plans. Finally agreed when the finance person got our payment less with the plans. They said it was all refundable if coating was never installed or if we changed our mind. They never contacted us to install as promised. We had to set it up but before installed we sold the car. They will not give back what we paid for service never received. I would never trust them again and I buy a vehicle every other year and have for the last 20 years.

Not impressed.
Not impressed. We were almost immediately turned away by the salesman when we asked if they were willing to work with us on the price of the vehicle we wanted. Finally worked out a price with the manager and while waiting for our vehicle were told we'd get a spare key from the salesman. Waited 3 months patiently for said key, never heard anything. Finally reached out to them and they told us they were working on it. Waiting another month with no notice, so reached out to them again only to be ignored. Then waited another month for an answer and was told they never officially wrote down that they owe us a key so we wouldn't be getting the spare key even though the salesman told us he would get us one. There word means NOTHING. Not particularly happy with the service and do not think I will return nor recommend them to anyone else.
