Had a windshield replaced on a Mustang. They used a Ford windshield, finished on time as promised, and you cant tell the difference from factory! Both gentlemen worked with my wife. She felt comfortable and appreciated as a customer! Thank you Seth Lovely and Malik Farmer!!

Marq or Marquell is the only reason I would use this dealership I gave the score on the recommendation because I know how NPS works so I want to keep his score high. As for everybody else messing with my money I signed for one monthly price and get into finance and it’s completely different price which if I had not paying attention I guess y’all would’ve duped me. I appreciate the fact that this business has a dedicate bay for oil changes. The disappointment is that there was only 1 vehicle in the 3 car bay. It was up against the entry roll up door. After a while when no one checked on me as I couldn't get in, I drove forward enough to make the sensor open the door. After a while the door closed. I finally left my vehicle and entered via a walk in door. No service manager greeted me. I walked to the last SA desk to speak to a gentleman I thought I knew. It was Lance Chapin a Service Advisor who had been helpful on a previous visit. Lance was friendly and greeted me in proper fashion. He moved the vehicle that was blocking the entrance and drove my car in. He did the paper work to get my oil changed. He answered all of my questions with a smile. The. 'vehicle was ready to go when he said it would be. Hendrix needs to train other SA to perform in the fashion that Lance Chapin does. Any customer should me greeted within one minute of arrival!
