Happy in Jeep
People in every department were attentive and responsive. I am extremely happy with this purchase. Nothing feels like a Jeep. Thank you for working with us to get into the best vehicle possible! Except for the Finance Department, Good Experience.
The product line is great. The mid-level sales staff were very helpful. However, the senior sales staff and the financial group were intentionally deceptive. For example, without any discussion, or my prior approval, they placed a Service Contract on my buyers contract. When I told them I did not want it, the Finance Manager then told me she would give me 6 years of contract and she assured me that my payments would not go up. However, when reading the sales contract provided on a disc, I indeed was charged the full amount for a Service Contract that I did not want. Prior to that event I had signed a document provided by the Head of New Car Sales. This document had all the numbers on it (except taxes, dealer prep and doc fees) that I agreed to. However, Finance attempted to use other numbers, i.e $16750. for my trade-in, as opposed to the $17000. on the previously mention document. I found the experience frustrating and deceptive.

Super great service fast service in and out in under the estimated time I was quoted plus the tech even asked me to drive my vehicle to double check with me to make sure it was driving the way I expected my vehicle to drive.

Entire experience was wonderful
Except for finance manager. He put me in a very uncomfortable position guilting me into a service plan I did not want. He pressured me for 20 minutes. This put my payment way over my comfort level and I told him that! Now I am dreading my car payment due to the added cost of a maintenance plan I did not want.

Not happy!
The dealership did not give me a spare key when I left. I had no idea that the car would only start with the FOB. The fob fell off my ring and left the key inside attached (It should not have fallen off. The latch is recessed and has the be pushed to one side.) leaving my brand new car stranded in a parking lot. Two days later after a nasty email threatening to call Dodge they brought me a key. (The young salesman did what he could). I still don’t have a second key and they expect me to pay for it! It was obviously defective to just fall off on its own! I have carried my wife’s car fob and my own around for years without them coming apart. Be careful! Once the deal is done your on your own! The car was also poorly detailed. Streaks all over it and something all over the inner windshield. Saw the windshield after I left but didn’t see the crappy interior and outer detail till the next morning.
