Vehicle Inspection

Excellent service provided by Tim Bolton. I was disappointed in the service provided other services attendant. There was 4 other service attendance , they was not busy servicing other clients, I stood there over 5 minutes and not one of them approached or acknowledge me at all. Tim approach me after wrapping up with clients and I personally thanked him.

Highly Impressed

BMW of Southpoint handled my buying experience with great professionalism. I was very impressed with at salesman -(BEN P.)...who listened and made an effort to not just sell me a car or even what I originally wanted to purchase but he made it his business to get me what I was truly looking for.

The mobile technician came to my house to replace the...

The mobile technician came to my house to replace the airbag in our 2005 330Ci. The technician was very courteous and had the car ready to go in less than 30 minutes. Great Service!

E36 m3 alignment and inspection

My experience at BMW southpoint service was fantastic. My tech was Alex Spuria. Alex is very experienced and knowledgeable on the e36 chassis, he got my non-standard suspension and tire setup perfectly aligned and educated me as to why the car is riding so hard. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Ruptured brake line repair

My car’s driver side brake leaked brake fluid that caused the brakes to malfunction. The parts were ordered during horrible which caused the car repair to be delayed. However, the Jason Glidden, my advisor, handled the situation well.

Service Experience

Every time I brought my X5M to the service I enjoyed the knowledge exchange with my service advisor Nate Gibson, like the wheel alignment, toe-ion are different from the ordinary X5 and tire balance need low profile setting ? And Joyce Powell, the loaner coordinator, she is nice and always gave me a nice clean car for me to run some errands. Thanks to them to make every visit to the shop an interesting one.
