had a three hour wait, the Wi fi is restricted,

was in to replace defective airbags. it said it would take 3 hours, the internet/ wifi connection is restricted, could not log in to Facebook, or other common sites, the employees were nice but could not help. it seems in order to keep their people from accessing basic sites while at work, they punish customers by not allowing them to access sites to work or pass the time.. really expected a lot more from this facility

Adrian was very helpful in pointing out different truck...

Adrian was very helpful in pointing out different truck features, he also left us alone when my husband and I discuss the options for the different F-150 trucks we looked at and did not hover. Great overall service from Adrian.
