Take your money to some other more reputable dealership! I purchased a Ford Explorer on April 22nd and the sales person was Juan Talavera. They agreed on giving us a good deal on the car after some back and forth and then we went to the financing office and dealt with Ariel Alvarez there. After we agreed on the interest rate and the amount being financed, I left that office and went to pay for the down payment in another building. When I came back my wife had already signed everything and we just left the dealership thinking that we were given the figures we had agreed on previously, first with the sales manager and salesperson and later with Ariel Alvarez. What a mistake that assumption was! They ended up charging $2400 more than we anticipated. Ariel Alvarez told us that they will refund the total gap insurance amount and the other discrepancy had to be discussed with the sales person and his manager. First of all, Ariel told us that the gap insurance was going to be just $750 but he charged us $1100. As for the sales person and his manager, I’m still waiting for them to give me the document my wife signed with all the figures we agreed on. Needless to say that they aren’t willing to give us that document because it shows that we were given some other extra chargers that we did not agreed on. I’m contacting FORD as I’m truly mad at how these Lorenzo’s Ford employees were able to do whatever the heck they wanted to with total disrespect towards us. False advertisement for a car.
Confirmed advertised car was on lot. Showed up an hour later and no car. Was told a different car was the car however it was clearly not. Advertised car had only 3 miles but one he tried to show us had 3k and was used. Advertised car was new. The more Oscar talked the more lies came out. Would never purchase a vehicle from them

Fui a Este lugar el 2/8/21 con intensiones de comprar un vehiculo, nunca lo compré porque no me gustaron sus terminos, pero Ellos cobraron el anticipo $10,000. Despues de ese dia ha sido una pesadilla para recuperar el dinero, fue facil cobrar pero difícil devolver el dinero segun Ellos no gay nadie capaz de hacerlo, siempre tienen una excusa, no esta el vendedor, el gerente etc. Lo reporte a mi Credit y debit card como pago inapropiado y hoy mi debit card me está poniendo el cargo de nuevo pir no encontrar el dinero! La pregunta es Donde esta mi dinero? Estoy planeando llamar a Telemundo 51 para q me ayude con esto! Y Orando para que en este tiempo de corona Virus no me roben el dinero que tanto necesito.

Worst car delearship ever Luis is a very bad guy, he don’t know how to talk and handle with a costumer. I buy the car cash, I can’t still get my title and the car have a lot problems. I don’t recommend at all this dealership to nobody. This is awful

Horrible service dept. Took my truck in for a leaking...
Horrible service dept. Took my truck in for a leaking transmission that they had installed. I know they have a sign that they aren't responsible for stolen items but I didn't expect them to take everything! Had my truck for over a month and it still leaks.
