UPDATE TO A PREVIOUS FIVE-STAR REVIEW: IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. The deal was already not working. I already wanted to leave. but against the better of my judgement, I stayed an extra few minutes to hear out the general manager, Diego, when he came into the room to salvage the situation. Diego gave me a final vehicle price of $17,000 + $1,000 for the gap insurance, bringing me back to the total of the vehicle price I was comfortable with of $18,000. I put a $3,000 down payment to cover essentially what would be taxes and fees. They have me a steep interest rate of 7.99%. The monthly came down to $412 for 54 months. Steep. But in my naivete, I signed the pad they handed me without looking. I trusted everyone at the dealership at this point. it was not until my return to South Carolina, 750 miles away, that I opened my financing documents (conveniently tucked into an envelope when the Finance Manager, Fernando, handed it to me at the dealership) that I saw he listed the CASH PRICE for the vehicle at $19,100 (after a $500 sales tax - outside any registration and dealer fees) in excess of almost $2,000 above the agreed-upon price of $17,000. This price gouge essentially making my $3,000 down payment useless. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in December as a Christmas gift for myself after having driven the same car for the last 13 years. And what should have been a pleasant experience has turned into a nightmare. PLEASE NOTE I have been trying to reach out to the dealership for a month in hopes of solving the issue - PERHAPS it was merely an error - but I have not been able to hear back from anyone and everyone so conveniently is now either on vacations or in meetings. Even the internet sales manager Orlando has gone MIA. The General Manager, Diego, has refused to give me any type of correspondence despite my multitude of calls and emails. Very disappointing. Please take your business elsewhere. ORIGINAL REVIEW 12/24/2023: Thank You, Mr. Frank Grullon, for helping facilitate the purchase of my next long-term vehicle; for going above and beyond, making me feel understood through my anxieties, and even checking in to make sure I made it home safe. The only things that could have made the experience better were not any things anyone had means to control: #1.) being that I I wish the extended warranty went further in mileage for its coverage and #2.) being that I truly look forward to better finance rates in the future. Even through these hurdles, the entire team worked with me to make sure I did not leave empty-handed. Thank You to Internet Sales Manager, Orlando for initiating a conversation and facilitating my arrival in Miami; Sales Agent, Mr. Frank Grullon, for being the absolute best one could ask for; the Finance Manager, Fernando, for his patience and willingness to present to me all possible scenarios; and The General Manager, Diego, for dedication to customer service in making this purchase possible. Horrible place sold me a van and the only extra needed was cruise control. When I called to speak to the manager he NEVER called back. Stay far away they only want money no customer service NOT honest!!

Actualización: 09/12/2023. Finalmente NO RECOMIENDO. La atención es mala, son amables, pero no son serios ni honestos, les interesa solo vender, y que pagues más y más, después del mensaje que deje aquí, y todas las visitas que hice, todos decían, le vamos a pasar al manager, no te preocupes, pero el resultado, nunca pasó. Te hacen pagar una inspección en 1250 dólares, y al final el auto salió con varios defectos, que obviamente los fui detectando con tiempo, neumáticos delanteros gastados, ya se tubo que cambiar los ejes delanteros, etc. Siempre manejan información que te esconden, creen que no te das cuenta, pero en descuidos por ellos mismos los escuchaba hablar entre ellos. Por mi parte. MALA EXPERIENCIA Y NO LOS RECOMIENDO. NUCA MAS Aquí la 1ra parte 👇 Compré un auto usado el 1ro Julio de 2023, a los 6 días notifiqué x varias vías, desperfectos que sentí en el auto, a los 10 días fui personalmente al dealer y me dijeron que debía esperar 30 días a que el seguro extendido que me vendieron se activara, ayer, jueves 3 de agosto 2023, nuevamente fui con el auto. Resumen: he tenido una MUY MALA experiencia, a 34 días, ya tengo que pagarles 200 dólares porque arreglen parte de la rotura, la que dicen ellos que cubre el seguro, agregar que a la compra del auto, un cargo de aproximadamente 1250 dólares he pagado por una supuesta inspección que le hacen al auto. Aún el auto está en el dealer (08/04/2023) luego actualizo y les cuento cómo terminó la experiencia. Por el momento MUUUY MALA. PD: compré en dealer en busca de transparencia y atención de profesionales! no quise aventurarme a comprar auto en la calle. 08/04/2023.

Decepcionada de este concesionario Te roban a la cara y hacen de todo para venderte hasta llegan a mentir y después la falta de respeto Lleve a un amigo a comprar un auto cuando llegaron casi a convencerlo pedimos de correr mi crédito para ayudarlo mejor en su compra y lo hicieron pero sabían que así de esa manera no iban a ganar mucho más cuando firmó el contrato nada era claro no explicaron cuánto tenía que financiar, las cuentas son a oscuras y al final te vas con un dedo metido en la boca Pero lo peor es que el servicio pésimo aún no nos habían entregado el auto y todos metidos en una oficina celebrando la venta y la atención de asco, fuimos tratados como animales después de haber comprado,esperamos delante de la puerta a que ellos terminaran de festejar Hoy me di cuenta que mi crédito fue corrido pero nunca le pidieron a mi banco para financiar otro auto y hoy me llega un mensaje que podía aplicar para un préstamo para comprar auto Entonces estas personas están jugando con el sudor y el dinero de las personas que creen que iendo a este tipo de concesionarios porque tienen supuestamente un respeto mayor sobre los más pequeños y en realidad son de todo No doy ni una estrella por este lugar y voy a seguir hablando por todas partes

Our non profit early learning center Purchased a 15

Our non profit early learning center Purchased a 15 passenger van that arrived missing a seat and other seats had holes in the fabric! We were told to accept the vehicle they would make it right. None of these defects were explained in the description and of course were left out of the video they provided. Since February we have heard every excuse in the book and it still has not been fixed. This van is not useable to us as we require 15 seats to transport our classes of 13! We can not leave one child behind at pickups. It is costing us thousands each month to keep our old van and insurance etc. …. Did I mention we are a non profit for under served kids in a rural area and these kids have no other means of transportation! Countless calls, no manager available, no one calls back. The salesperson Manny is nice enough, but clearly is not effective in getting his leadership to follow through on his mistake. Next step is lawyer, but wanted to warn everyone who may consider purchasing on line from this garbage company.. stay away!

First thing to say, whatever you do, do not buy a vehicle

First thing to say, whatever you do, do not buy a vehicle from this dealership! The old dealership seemed to care about you, now, the new management is all about greed. We ordered a Ford Maverick for my son. We have been waiting for the vehicle almost a year. It finally came in, but we were on vacation. We told them vehemently that we wanted the vehicle. With only one day left on our vacation I was texted by sales person who by the way we have dealt with for over a decade, that they sold our vehicle out from under us. What they did was totally illegal and just disgustingly wrong. We ordered the vehicle straight from Ford and also had a $200 deposit down on the vehicle. The only thing they offered to do for us was sell us another vehicle if someone doesn’t want one of theirs. Now they told us we could order a 2024 if we want. We have bought four vehicles from this place and referred numerous people there who have bought vehicles. As I said before, now, the new management is all about greed, greed, and greed. oh, did I happen to mention that they also tacked on the largest dealer fee in Florida and also put two aftermarket things on our vehicle that we did not order? Yep, those things also added up to $3095 extra on the vehicle! So whatever you do, do yourself a favor, and go buy a vehicle from anyone but this place. I guarantee you will end up paying at a minimum at least $3000 to possibly even $10,000 more than somewhere else. Hey, if you just don’t like money though go buy your vehicle there and throw it away.

I had the misfortune of having my Escape break down in

I had the misfortune of having my Escape break down in Homestead. (I live in Stuart.) Had it towed to Lorenzo Ford. They had my car for 2 weeks and continually misdiagnosed the problem. Communication was difficult. I usually had to initiate phone calls to find out what was going on. I was told it was the engine, then the fuel pump, It was very distressing. When my car was finally finished I received a bill for over $800. $600 was for labor. So I paid for their inability to find the problem. After I got the car home, on the floor of my car, I found the battery cover, a thick wire, and the carpet covering was ripped open.

Not a place to have your car serviced

Terrible service. If you need your car serviced, go else where. Don't return phone calls. Call service manager and he doesn't respond personally but sends someone else to call. My first impression was horrible. Ended up at a different dealer and was so much more satisfied

Beware of this dealership.

Beware of this dealership. Just purchased a car from this dealership and after the sale I was looking over the paper work and realized they only gave me the finance agreement. After calling back several times for the bill of sale (Buyers Order) they kept sending me the finance agreement and says that’s all the paper work I should get. After insisting that I need the buyers order someone send it to me . Upon looking over the paperwork I realized they numbers didn’t add up. I was charged a few thousand dollars over the price I negotiated with the sales representative. I remember asking the finance person why the numbers didn’t look the sale he quickly answered that the sale price he had on the paperwork included tax and other dealer fees. Upon examination of the the numbers, the taxes and other dealer fees were listed elsewhere. I spoke to several individuals at the dealership about the discrepancy and that I need a refund of the money they overcharged me. I met with the sales manager and the general manager and I realized they are all in it together. I would say that if you purchased a car from Lorenzo Ford, I urge you to look over your paperwork. You might have been SCAMMED and don’t realize it. I know some else with the same experience and they don’t acknowledge it either. General manger and everyone is aware of this practice. I guess it’s the culture of Lorenzo Ford. Whatever the agent tells you they have the paperwork cooked up by the time you get to the finance person and you get caught up and doesn’t review the details on the agreements. Then they con you without you knowing it. 99% of people who purchase a vehicle go home and never look over their paperwork. Most dealership are honest and trustworthy. Lorenzo Ford is very dishonest and untrustworthy. Shame on this dealership. Again I am saying based on experience, Manger and others are on this scamming. Beware!!!!

Shady Dealership

My advice to anyone wanting a car to run from this dealership as fast as you can. If you purchased a car from this dealership recently look over your paper work. I agreed on a sale price of $58,000 on a new vehicle. They gave me a paper to sign with a higher price and when I questioned it they say it includes taxes and fees, etc. After I went home and looked over the paper work I realized they charge me $68,000. After I deposited $10,000. They claim that the $58,000 that was negotiated was correct and was based on my $10,000 deposit. Not true. We never talked about my deposit during negotiations. There are lots more shady practice that I can’t get into here. But the General Manger, Finance People and Sales Rep are all in on the action. Run, Run, Run…..that’s all I can say.
