My experience at Lorenzo Ford was fabulous all thanks to Alfredo. I already knew the car I had wanted, as I had already previously saw it online, so I called in advance before coming in to make sure to have it ready as I was taking it one way or another and couldn't come in right away until after work. The minute I got there, Alfredo was there waiting with the car key in hand, ready to go for a spin. The car was a dream as well as the service. Even though it was a little late, Alfredo and his team had no problem staying a little later to make sure I went home with the car I wanted no matter how long it took. I've had multiple cars through different dealers, so this was my first time with Lorenzo Ford, and the experience was quick and efficient. Much faster than any of my previous past experiences. I highly recomend you see Alfredo about your next car and just give him a call in advance if you can't come in right away. I'm so happy. Can't wait to come back for my next dream car.
