I had an extremely disappointing experience at Jenkins
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Jenkins Nissan in Leesburg, especially with manager Omar Rios. I was guaranteed a Nissan Altima by Laurie, my credit was run, and the numbers were worked out in advance. However, when I arrived, Omar came out of his office with paperwork showing a monthly payment that was $100 more than what we had agreed upon. This dealership is dishonest, and I feel like I was misled and taken advantage of. Beware—these people are nothing but thieves. What makes it worse, I drove 5 hours to this dealer for empty promises

This dealership is so dishonest! Stay away! If you have questions or concerns you will never get a response. Amanda Head is condescending and will write back like she is concerned. Then when you try to contact her, radio silence. Disgraceful and disheartening.

In my opinion, the sales department is dishonest and a bunch of cowards. TrueCar gave me an all-in number. We were ready to buy, but we asked Jenkins if they could improve on the offer. Instead, when they put it in writing, they added $2,000 to their TrueCar price. Maybe they misunderstood; I wasn't asking them to improve the price on their side! This is not a TrueCar issue; this is a Jenkins issue. I have emailed and phoned asking them to explain themselves. Nothing from the salesman or his manager. Dead silence. Disappointing.

Set a appt tryed to let them know I was dropping vehical because of so many problems with this vehical with only 10000 miles was told to tell service about it got to appt told service no loaners after letting them know had to reschedule appt and make arrangements for someone to take me home with no vehical for 2 days maybe longer
