22 February 2024 - I got an offer in the mail today to go to Jenkins and do a test drive with the offer of a $20 Publix Gift Card for doing so. I was curious about the new Z and the all electric Ariya. I met Lena Williams a Sales & Leasing Consultant, and explained to her that I wouldn't be buying today but that I would like to rest drive the Ariya. She couldn't have been any nicer or treated me any better if I had $100 bills sticking out of my pockets. I got to sit in a new Z and found that I actually fit pretty well. Beautiful lil hot rod by the way. We took a leisurely test drive in the Ariya and she demonstrated all the safety features, which are pretty impressive. Beautiful car inside and out and drives like a dream. Hoping to possibly get a Certified Pre Owned one in the future, Good Lord Willing. I highly recommend seeing Lena if you shop Jenkins Nissan. She has been there many years and is the best sales person I have ever had interaction with. As Always, May God Bless you and yours! 😇

I made an appointment to see Jason DeWitt about a dependable suv with safety features, as I am 70 years young. Nice young man, easy to talk to. From what we discussed, he knew exactly what I wanted. It was a 2021 Nissan Rogue. He pointed out each and every single safety feature in a very easy to understand manner. I took my time and asked a lot of questions. He never hurried me and answered all my questions. I decided to buy the vehicle and he was available throughout the process.

I took my 2015 Xterra to Jenkins Leesburg b/c it stalled
I took my 2015 Xterra to Jenkins Leesburg b/c it stalled while driving. It also had a few minor things I wanted fixed - headlight, wipers, door window button. Obed said that it would be a $159 dx fee for each item! I thought he was joking - headlight, etc.? He said yes, each item. I told him to just find out why it stalled and fix it. I showed him my extended policy - he read it over and stated what an excellent extended warranty plan! (10 year/120k miles, Preferred) So, after 4 hours of sitting there, your VIP liaison, John, came to me and asked if I was being helped b/c I had been sitting there for so long. He asked what repairs were being done and I replied that they hadn't even diagnosed my car yet. John went to my service guy Obed who came out with a clipboard and sarcastically said, "You need new wipers". Obed came back and said it was a cam sensor on the passenger side and asked if my extended policy didn't cover it, could I afford the $600 to fix it (after stating what a good policy I had). I told him it WILL cover it and asked him how much longer this would take. Obed then stated he needed to call my warranty/policy company which he hates doing because it's time-consuming and he sits on hold for a long time. I couldn't believe he just told me this. Did he seriously want me to pay out-of-pocket because he was too lazy to call?? John sat by me for a while chit-chatting and stated how they can't keep technicians, that they are here today and gone tomorrow. John said that the techs will "clear out the dx module to show that the work had been completed when in fact it hadn't." Obed reappeared and said they were almost finished and it should only be 30 more minutes. Then Obed said that I really needed rear brakes and would I like them to replace them? I asked how long that would take and he said at least 1-1/2 hours after I had been sitting there for almost 4 hours. Nope. So, when my car was "fixed", Obed suddenly became friendly and attentive, ran over to my car ahead of me to open my car door. I thought he was being a gentleman until I got home and noticed NUMEROUS fresh scratches, gouges and dings on the drivers' side door. I took photos - paint is completely missing in many spots, like the door was forcefully opened into something that also slid down the door. At least my car got fixed, right?? Nope. Ran better for about an hour and now running rough like when I brought it in. If you're wondering why I didn't call and raise xxxx about everything - I knew after their lying and deception that it would do no good. And there was no way I was bringing it back in for fear that they would do even more harm/damage to my car. If you look at my history, I've been searching for a new/slightly used Frontier through your company and other local Nissan dealers and your manager has been calling me wanting to buy my Xterra (prior to me bringing it in for service and being damaged). Nope. So, let's recap your losses on just one person (me): - didn't replace headlight - didn't replace wipers - didn't replace brakes - not buying a vehicle from you - not selling/trading in my vehicle to you - going elsewhere for service Oh yeah, every other person there that day had similar issues. One man had just purchased a used vehicle from you. This was his second trip to come pick-up this vehicle, but the service work hadn't been completed and he was so disgusted. It was a minivan that needed a new battery, the oil changed and a few other items worked on. He was leaving for a trip and asked for a loaner/rental - management pulled him into an office and closed the door.

This place is a joke!
This place is a joke! Buyers beware! My family and I have had the worst experience buying our vehicle from this place! From the very first day it was a complete disaster! Not only do you have to wait for 6+hrs but after coming in for a vehicle they advertised was ready and available on their website and lot, we inquire and go through the paperwork to buy to later find out.. after 6hrs that there’s a safety recall that needed fixed first before they can sell the vehicle. Then they try and sell us a different vehicle same make and model but nowhere near the bells and whistles or mileage for the same price, so we spend 2-3 more hours on decided a vehicle at a different location that had everything we wanted and needed that could be delivered within two days, here’s the next nightmare: we get to the dealership to pickup our vehicle and the other dealership sold it! So here we are again! Disappointing disaster! So we spend yet another 8+ hr day picking out a similar vehicle that is coming from down south… would be there in 2-3 days they thankfully gave us a loaner vehicle as my truck was inoperative at this time (hence why I needed a new car) but when we get there this time it’s a completely different vehicle than we picked out! ( the staff went and drove down south and picked up the wrong van!) now the loaner they gave us was top notch all the bells every whistle you can think of, panoramic sun roofs, 360 back up camera, plug in ev, 10 in touch screen monitor, everything!!! So they suggested we just try and buy this vehicle we were already in, mind you it was great I loved it but it was wayyyyy out of our budget, about 15k more out of our budget! I have 4 kids, 2 month old, 1 year old, 2 year old and a 5 year old but this loaner vehicle was wonderful. It fit all our needs and wants! Just way over the budget so they promised my husband if he bought this loaner they’d work down the price to something reasonable we could afford, mind you they tried but the payments still came to about 300$ a month over budget but we needed a vehicle it had been almost 2 weeks with us without a vehicle. Now at the day of purchase we had all the kids in the car so they couldn’t do their great and expensive detail because it was late and the kids were screaming and we had been there yet another day for 6+ hrs, they promised us the works anytime we ever needed to and was able to bring the van back in to get that detail and autobond coating put on. Mind you we purchased the plug in hybrid, they never gave us the plug to charge it but promised they would order it. We purchased the complete maintenance package plus the works! Now, we have owned the vehicle for a few months put 3k miles on it and it’s time for our first oil change. I took the vehicle to be service the man that helped me stated we didn’t purchase the maintenance package and it was too soon for an oil change, (mind you it was 3 days after the date on the sticker) so I had to argue with him that we indeed did purchase it that I had all my paperwork on the “usb key” they gave, he started he can not READ the key, I have to bring paperwork. I told him to go check with his sales folks and make sure and he surely did and he stated well you do have the package but your going to use up all your free services before time bc you can drive it for another 2k miles.. I insisted for him to just complete the dang oil change. So the oils change was complete and everything seemed okay other than the 2 recalls that needed to be corrected which they couldn’t do it at Jenkins I had to get it done at Chrysler. So I scheduled the recalls for the following weekend to be done and took it there they completed it no issues. About 2 days after the recalls were completed the vehicle started making a terrible noise again like it did before, so I notified Chrysler and they told me to bring it back in after the holidays to check the codes. I took the vehicle in after Christmas to see why the vehicle was making noise

We regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. Please give me a call at your convenience. Amanda Head Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg 352-343-5111
You guys haven’t tried to fix anything other than the very thing your trying to wash you hands with and force me to take a van back that you guys caused engine damage too for not changing the oil properly. I took my van to you for an oil change and everything seemed fine after I insisted on changing my oil at the sticker due date and 3k mile mark, you service man suggested I go another 2k miles so I wouldn’t use up all my maintenance package. However it wasn’t done correctly and there was an oil blow out and I drove over 400 miles with no freaking oil in my van. Now you guys won’t even give me a rental vehicle until I can speak with the service manager at Chrysler on Tuesday to make sure my factory warranty will still be in tact before I just drive off with a van that your place ruined. There will be damage eventually it may not show today or next month but there’s no way in the world anyone can drive a vehicle for 400 miles and there be no engine damage. You guys want me to take the van after you fill it back up with oil and clear the codes from Chrysler.. now I am stranded at home with 4 babies during the holiday weekend after your service center screwed up my van that I’m paying 60k$ for. The only thing you’ve tried to do is waive the 100$ deductible on the powertrain warranty for when the van does screw up and I have to bring it in. Worthless. I’m honestly thinking about calling channel 9 news about this because this place has been a scam from the very beginning!
