Alfonso was my salesman and he said he want to put me in

Alfonso was my salesman and he said he want to put me in a Ford, lower my interset rate, and lower my payment. He got my rate down alot, he was not able to lower my payment, it went up about $10.00, but he did get the term of my loan lowered so he saved me money that way. He did what he said. he wanted to do so I give him my highest rating, and I really like an

when I purchased my vehicle I was promised a second key.

when I purchased my vehicle I was promised a second key. My salesperson left and now the dealership is not honoring their promise for a second key. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with the sales department as they cannot hold true to their promises. I am extremely disappointed as a loyal ford customer that a promise for something as simple as a key cannot be honored

Tina, we are sorry to hear about your key issue. On used vehicles we often will not have a second key. We do not have a record that the missing key was promised or included in your deal. We understand that you may need that for service work and have offered to handle that at our store. Please reach out to us and we will try to assist you through that issue.

My experience from start of purchase to final delivery was seamless and easy. Alfonso Masson did a great job setting up the deal during the week and verifying all paperwork was ready before I got to the dealership on a Saturday to take delivery of my vehicle. Bought a used RAM 2500.

Bought a used RAM 2500. Was advertised at a fair price for the year and mileage. Alfonso Masson was a salesman. I live out of state, and had to trust Alfonso to represent the condition of the truck accurately. He nailed it! The truck arrived and I couldn’t be happier. It’s perfect. Alfonso was super responsive and his communication and follow through top notch. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Sam Leman Ford and would work with Alfonso again. I encourage you to do the same if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle.

My experience with this dealer has been a nightmare.

My experience with this dealer has been a nightmare. In Jan 2023 I bought a 2020 Escape Hybrid with 10k miles. I was warned it was a buyback/lemon but only because they had no parts for the battery during the pandemic. I then took it in for maintenance and oil change as required but started hearing noises after TWO inspections. I then went to a Car-X that found multiple issues with brakes that should have been covered by Powertrain Warranty. When I returned car to Leman, I was told it was now undriveable and needed more than $2,000 in repairs. The service mgr does not return calls. Meanwhile Sales tells me my trade in value is $5,000 less than Kelley Blue Book because of all the repairs the car needs. My best advice: Stay away from these guys!
