when I call the dealership for service the agent told me

when I call the dealership for service the agent told me it will be free because it's less than 15 thousand miles and less than one year but when I went for service the agent told me it's not free u have to pay for it. Even Brandon had helped me with one coupon of 10 dollars and car wash free. when I buy this vehicle dealership told me first two service are free with oil change, tire rotation and other things. But I had paid for my second service I didn't know why.
