Excellent customer service reps that explains all necessary repairs with approx. costs in advance. Technicians complete all requested repairs with excellence in a timely fashion. Waiting area is clean and very comfortable.

Although I did not have an appointment I really appreciated that Honda took care of giving me my inspection sticker.. I have been a Honda customer for over 30 years and that's why I continue to use Honda cars because of the good work they do.

It was a superlative experience from the call to schedule the same day appointment, to the greeting on arrival, & friendly welcome from Mark the service advisor - every interaction was professional & sincere. I waited & the work station allowed me to continue my day while my car was serviced. I was notified when car was ready& the checkout & car return were equally stellar!
