Just bought our second car from Hi-Lo in a year . Bo, Josh, and rest of the team are easygoing and straight forward. No surprises or hidden charges here.

Recently purchased 1 ton truck from this dealer. Everything was great during the sales process. The dealer agreed to fix a few items and install something on the truck. We got this in writing and the dealer signed off on it. We called the dealer a week after purchasing the car and they had made zero effort to complete any of the items they agreed to do. We bough the truck on 9/14 and today is 10/2 - we are still waiting for them to finish all items on the list. I was lied to multiple times from sales to management. Awful experience. I will never buy a vehicle from them. Please safe yourself a headache and don't work with this dealership.

I reached out to this dealer when I started looking for a used car. I received multiple emails and calls before I got the chance to schedule an appointment. I then received 5 more emails and calls to numerous to count. I decided to cancel my appointment and asked for no further contact as their lack of communication and aggressive sales tactics really turned me off. I received yet two more emails and a phone call within two days of my cancellization of the appointment and they acted like they didn't even know the previous conversations I had with them.

Amazing car sales men kind helpful and very observant and there pretty fast here good cars an works with you on financing would definitely recommend again.

I contacted them about a certain car and asked if it was still for sale. The sales person called and left me a message. They did not say if the car I was looking at was still available. Instead they were trying to sell me a car that cost $10,000 more.

What a great place to buy a car! My salesman Dylan was attentive to all my needs and I highly recommend him when you visit Hi Lo Sales. The dealership worked with me when negotiating the final price because they wanted to earn my business. I will definitely go back when I need another vehicle!

Made an agreement with the salesman on Monday night, told them I would be back Tuesday night with my financing. Arrived Tuesday night and after an hour, they come back with a much higher deal than was agreed upon on Monday night. Waste of my time.
