Customer service is poor.
Customer service is poor. Review contracts closely and don’t assume anything will be given as a standard even on certified vehicles.

Horrible
Lot and back and forth with this dealership when you are trying to but a car. They will try to get at least $10k over MSRP for the vehicles. They also speed through the contracts so you don't catch everything they slide in. Expect your finance amount to end up being more than what you originally agreed to. Customer service through email will not get back to you. Nether with anyone at the dealership once they sale the vehicle. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else.

Buyer beware
I chose this dealership because the advertised price online was msrp. I spent a few days back and forth with them getting everything approved and ready to go. The online msrp was $29,971. When I go to sign everything the price of vehicle was $43,000. At this point I was so wrapped up in getting this beautiful vehicle that I was astounded by the audacity of this dealership. So they reduced it by $6000 which is still $37,000 by the time all was said and done I paid far above msrp. The buying process of course was a nightmare. 1 month later my check engine light comes on. I take it to a dealership that is closer to get it checked. They tell me it’s too new and they have no idea what is wrong with it. So I had a brand new 2023 Kia Sportage that I was terrified to drive. I contact this dealership and they tell me to bring it in the next week. The day I was to take it in I noticed the windshield washer fluid leaking. I open hood and there is a rodent nest in it. So, I end up with $4,000 worth of rodent damage. Rodents are attracted to newer vehicles because they use soy in place of petroleum for wires and hoses. So I take it in I wait several hours and service advisor says okay your car has this this and this wrong with it and this will be repair cost. Okay my insurance will cover all but deductible. No biggie. He tells me it is safe to drive so on the way home all extra features on car shut down and I was nearly stranded. 2 days later my insurance has it towed to dealership. For two weeks Michael, service advisor said was waiting on approval from insurance which was bs because that was all wrapped up before the vehicle was towed. Then it was waiting on parts. Parts come in, it will be repaired within 7-10 days. A month later I’m still waiting. So nearly 2 months later my car isn’t repaired and they have no eta on when it will be. After many promises that they are working on it I believe nothing that comes out of their mouth. Not only that but when I or my adjuster calls they will either 1. Let it ring hoping we will hang until and when we don’t they will lift receiver and hang it up 2. Put us on eternal hold or send the call all over dealership hoping we will hang up. They are rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly by a business in all of my 52 years. Do not buy here or have your vehicle serviced or repaired here. I want my car back and repaired completely.

BUYERS BEWARE!
BUYERS BEWARE! I wanted to share my car buying experience with RoundTree Kia of Lake City this past Tuesday. Husband and I found this 2023 Kia Carnival SX Prestige, or what we thought and was listed as a "Prestige" trim level. This is the trim level we were wanting. Found it on Monday night, called up first thing Tuesday and started negotiating by 10am, we were serious! Before we ran our credit and got a draft from our bank we wanted to have the hard numbers and a deal in place before hand. By 4pm finally got to a number both parties were happy with, but the deal was.. AND I got it in writing, that I would show up that evening with my bank draft in hand. Maybe an hour and a half later, getting the bank draft before the bank closed, cleaned out my trade-in vehicle, and loading the kids in the car to drive 20minutes to get there.. Got the text saying "apologizes but the vehicle just sold", I was fuming! After all that hard work in such short time after making the deal in writing, sold out from underneath us.. Little ticked because it did take my sales person to get back to me 1-3hrs after every counter offer.. But that's okay I understand someone might have been willing to pay the $14,000 OVER MSRP value, I however was not so I understand them selling it to someone else willing to buy WAY MORE than what the vehicle is worth in today's market or just the simple fact, cash talks, walk-in's, etc. But after my horrible experience, husband and I already had bank draft & approval so we decided to jus see what else is out there. We also knew that this was not a vehicle we needed but it was more of a wanted which is why we wanted to wait to pull credit initially, we actually weren't really on the market for a new vehicle but came across the one in Lake City and it was perfect for us. Anyways, next day we ended up finding another 2023 Kia Carnival SX Prestige in a different city, well like anyone would.. I showed them the buyer's order from Roundtree Kia to show them what kind of deal I was getting etc.. Well that actually didn't help the negotiation, that actually hurt me because the SX Prestige Lake City was trying to sell me that was on the buyers order WASN'T an SX Prestige, it was actually just an SX! Which is a trim level below what we were wanting.. SHADY! One.. confirming a deal in writing to then just sell the car right from underneath me, when in reality if they didn't take so long to get back to me we could have had this deal done mid day. Two.. weren't even selling the vehicle that they said they were. Let's be real, buying a vehicle is never really fun, but the way they went about everything and then finding out it wasn't even what they said it was, along with expecting to pay $14,000 over MSRP, I would not trust them with my business ever again. I want other buyers to be aware so this doesn't happen to you and to make sure you look at the window sticker to know what the MSRP is before you make a deal! Just be careful!

Rountree Moore Kia is great!
Rountree Moore Kia is great! I just bought a new 2023 Kia Carnival from them. Such a painless and easy buying process: fast, friendly, helpful, and reasonable. My salesman was Peyton Newsome! Peyton is awesome. Peyton worked me a great deal! He was friendly and wonderful cars salesman. He drove 4 hours roundtrip late at night to deliver my car. Buy from Rountree Moore Kia and ask for Peyton Newsome.

Horrible service
Tried to buy a used truck (in cash) that was on the website for $36,000 the sales guy was okay but the manger was a horrible human. Wanted us to pay 41,000 dollars for a truck that had bald tires, rust underneath and messed up tent. Would not go down on the price. Lucky we left and bought a 100% better truck in Jacksonville. I would never buy a vehicle from these people. Horrible service

Sales manager was not willing to work with me at all. To...
Sales manager was not willing to work with me at all. To start, they listed the vehicle online for $38,000, but then added $2,000 in options that they add without you asking. These options include a $400 sanitation fee, a $700 fabric and paint protector, $200 window water repellent, among a couple other things. Next they tried to offer me $3000 less than my trade-in was worth. I had done my research and taken my vehicle to a couple dealerships to get a range for the trade. Average trade-in value I got was around $9300 but Rountree Kia only offered me $6500. When questioned about the trade-in value the sales manager said he knew how much vehicles are worth. The sales manager was not willing to negotiate any part of the deal. I told him I did not even want the $2000 worth of stuff and he said we had to pay for it anyways. I was willing to take a little less on the trade and put a little more cash down if he would take off the $2000 but the sales manager would not even hear it. The sales manager then began to get rude with my wife so I told him to just shove the deal and give me back my key because we were leaving.
