Finding out what Rountree Moore in Lake City is all about

I thought Rountree Moore was only about selling cars until my car was hit in an accident. My Hyundai and I were sent to Rountree Moore Ford for repairs. I had never received that level of customer service and Professional Care with an automobile before. So, when my car needed repairs I was sent to Rountree Moore Kia for help. Yet again, the caliber of kindness and professionality afforded me by Rountree Moore Kia blew me away!!! I'm glad I was made to find them!

Very pleasant car buying experience

Tammy is very helpful and accommodating. A very pleasant experience. This was my third purchase here and I’m sure I’ll use them again.

Excellant experience!!!

Everyone involved was patient and friendly. There was no rushing and let us move at own pace, and not feel pressured or rushed. The didn't treat us like customers as much as if we were friends.

Bought used car 3 months ago. air compressor has failed.

Bought a used car 3 months ago. Has 38,000 miles on it. It compressor has stopped working. Have made several attempts to speak to someone about this but no one will return a call. Finally spoke to sales manager. He said basically too bad! GM is supposed to call me tomorrow. (We will see). They do not stand behind their products nor care about their customers. Save yourself.

Amazing Service

Car Buying

I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted to buy when I stopped by Rountree Moore Kia. What I did know is the price point that I was looking for and the features. For me the features were more important than the price point. They helped me find what I was looking for and also worked with me to get the price point down closer to what I would be happy with paying.

Probably Would recommend

The sales person,Tammy Bell was very professional and friendly. I gave 3 stars for rating because I was told a full tank of gas, which I got and detail on the car's interior which I did not get. I actually cleaned the streaks off the interior mirror and windows myself. Dust all over dash and gauges. You will enjoy your experience with the sales rep and financing, but before you drive off,take a good look at the detail job you got.

Absolutely the best. Mr. Marc McRae was awesome

Mr.Mcrae was informative and didn't make empty far fetch promises like most car salesman. He kept it real and was professional at the same time.
