Sales experience was ok.

Sales experience was ok. NAV didn’t work and sales thought it was a Wi-Fi problem (no, MCU was faulty, now my expense). Real problem was service. Said they could replace the motor. But two attempts and still not right. Now, they won’t return my calls or texts. Worse, Tesla won’t diagnose it because it’s not a Tesla motor they installed. So I’m paying on a car I can’t drive unless I pay Tesla $8,000 to replace a motor Auto Centrix was paid to repair.

Car purchase was ok (10/2023), although NAV system didn’t

Car purchase was ok (10/2023), although NAV system didn’t work and was told because it couldn’t connect to WiFi (right). Service Dept, horrible. Long story short, after 2 “repairs” to replace a drive motor, my car can’t be driven and Tesla won’t diagnose the problem because an aftermarket motor was installed (Auto Centrix receipt claims purchase of an OEM part). No return calls or texts, so now I have an expensive paperweight sitting in my garage.

I bought the car from pictures only.

I bought the car from pictures only. I should have gone in to see it first. I flew into DFW. 12 miles from the dealership and called for a ride. They could not help me. The car needed an update on the Navigation. I ended up paying for this myself with the promise they would split it with me. No money ever came. Travis owes me $130. Now, three month and eleven days later, I finally get my tag and license plates. Still no title. They won't answer my call or return my messages. I'll never buy from them again.

Very polite and knowledgeable sellers, but the downside

Very polite and knowledgeable sellers, but the downside is that they do not have the final word or authority to negotiate cars. I had agreed on a price, shaked hands, and later when I was about to get the cashiers check from the bank they told me the price was raised by 2,000 dollars. That was a waste of time that I could have used to look for other cars instead of driving ~2 hours for nothing.

5 star shoutout to Josh We had a great time talking

5 star shoutout to Josh We had a great time talking to him while we were shopping for my Tesla Model 3. My husband is an engineer and Josh kept up with all of his questions and wonderings about the cars we were looking. He stayed past the end of the day to help us get out the door in as comfortable a fashion as possible. Kudos to Josh, thanks for all the help. We love this car!

5 star shoutout to Josh

we had a great time talking to him while we were shopping for my Tesla Model 3. My husband is an engineer and Josh kept up with all of his questions and wonderings about the cars we were looking. This is my third Tesla purchase and by far my best

This is my third Tesla purchase and by far my best dealership experience. The Auto Centrix team was fantastic. They moved with pace to complete my purchase. EV's are their specialty and it showed. I am extremly satisfied with my purchase.

Best EV Dealership

I worked mostly with Josh, but the entire staff was amazing. I was coming in from out of town. They were so patient and diligent. Everything was ready to go and I was in and out in no time driving back home with my new model s. The car was in impeccable shape and well taken care of by the crew at Autocentrix. If you’re in the market for a used Tesla, Autocentrix is the best option

Outstanding customer service

I recently purchased a 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance from Auto Centrix. As soon as I inquired, Dorothy almost immediately responded, we reached an agreement and she began the paperwork. Within a couple days my car was headed to Florida. Coming off the trailer I was surprised, looked better than the pics. Dorothy assured me this was in brand new condition and it was. Have bought several cars online and must admit, this was the easiest. Professional, courteous and responsive - thank you Dororthy for a wonderful experience.
